The X-Files Season 11 [DVD]

There is no doubt that the X-Files had run its course and it was fitting that season 11 was the final season. David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson reprieved their roles as FBI agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully but I felt the spark was missing from their portrayals. The DVD contains the full ten episode series over three discs and a limited special features section. For completists of the X-Files, it is worth investing in season 11.

I now have the whole series of X Files. I am disappointed that there won't be another series with Mulder and Scully but am open to Agent Doggett and Reyes to run the investigations if they decide to do more series. I would have liked more episodes though but I am happy to have this to complete my collection.

You have to wonder what happened to the characters, they seem diluted. Sort of exasperated with all the narration superimposed over the filming, and the storyline is formulaic.

Funny dark shame thay made no more but it's the 30th anniversary next year so maybe that could do something buy this it's fabulous

I followed xfiles since the beginning and I watched them all many times but I found this session very poor quality and kind of ruined the series..

Goodbye X files. We have now watched it from start to finish. Feeling a bit sad actually.

Definitely improving on Season 10 ( or 'The Event Series') with more episodes and a better mix of X-style paranormal investigations. A bit confusing as it takes off from the tenth season finale and yet the first episode or two are a bit bewildering but you settle into it. All still terrific in their respective roles.
