Cannot praise the effectiveness of this steam cleaner enough honestly I don’t know how I lived my whole life without it. I use it on absolutely everything floors, furniture, cabinets, appliances, etc. it works phenomenally on my glass shower doors. We have hard water out here and I was never able to find anything that could get them like new until I purchased the Dupree steamer. Highly ,highly, HIGHLY recommend you will NOT be disappointed.

I was on the fence on whether to purchase this, but so glad I did. It was worth the money. Super easy to set up and use. Easy to clean the reusable cleaning pads, does not weigh a lot (so I can transport it easily between upstairs and downstairs). Cleaning quality and attachments are top notch. Highly recommend for anything looking to take their cleaning to the next level!

Mine STOPPED working after 3 uses, but outside the return window. I have reached out to the seller. Too expensive to have these kind of issues in 3 uses. I have a child with allergies, who does immunotherapy. I needed a good product to assist along with all the other measures we were taking. This is why I went with the pro with attachments. This failed to reach the mark. Plenty of cheaper options on the market. It had great potential and I wanted to love it, as it has multiple attachments, steams everything we needed, and was easy to use. I could quickly change between attachments while working in each room. It also was easy to carry upstairs, and stored easily in my closet. I also loved the speed at which it heated up. None of those things do me any good now, as I have NO WORKING steamer I’ll wait to hear back from the seller.

It would be nice to have somewhere for the hose to go, maybe to wrap around the handle. Also, the power cord is super hard to wrap up. It would be great to have a retractable cord. We also had an issue with the handle heating up due to leaking steam but I contacted support and I think I got it fixed. But this steam cleaner really does great and is easy to use!

Best steam cleaner I've owned. Holds a lot of water letting me do a lot of cleaning without having to stop and refill. Haven't used many of the accessories yet but will for some future areas I have yet to clean.

It's the best steam cleaner ever! I bought this due to recommendations, and i have to say, it's the best product ever. Very helpful when cleaning. Makes the process faster, easier, and chemical-free. Love this cleaner.

My Neat Plus is a lifesaver in so many areas. From the bathroom and kitchen it has so many wonderful uses but these are the ones that I have focused on so far: shower, toilet (external), vanity, slate floors on kitchen, kitchen counter, glass and so much more.
