Wide Width - Not so wide
Ordered Wide width and it was very narrow. Family member even made a comment when I pulled one shoe out of the box that it looked pretty narrow. Thought maybe they didn't send the right size but it was the wide width. Even went up a size hoping that would help but it was even tighter. Disappointing. I suggest you look at other Clarks if you really need a wide width shoe.

I love Clarks shoes
I love Clarks shoes. This was my first of the Cheyn Wale loafer and they were wonderful. We walked many miles through the towns and cities in Italy and they performed superbly. These shoes are particularly good to wear on the uneven cobblestone streets. I credit these shoes with allowing me to walk to the top of St. Peter's Basilica in Rome. I will look for additional colors to add to my wardrobe!

Half size too small
These are nice shoes with good color, design, and soles. However, they run a half size too small at least. What is up with Clarks--their sizing is so inconsistent.

A little dissappointed....
I have worn Clarks for many years and have always worn a size 8. This shoe however, seems very different. I had to return the 8 as it was very large. I reordered a 7 1/2 and it seems a little snug. I have decided to keep them, but will definitely have to have them eased a bit. The shoe is very nice, but the sizing for me was an issue.

Raised area rubbing an odd spot on the side of my ankle
These fit well but the back piece is separate from the side strips and causes blisters on the SIDE of my ankle. I've never had a blister there from a shoe so it is a matter of the raised area rubbing an odd spot. I think that with time, the area will loose its height and the shoe will be fine. If you would be a kid who only wears Crocs to school, you might skip these.

Fit and style are perfect
Clark shoes are a well made and so comfortable. At my age comfort is my main concern but these are good looking too

Beautiful shoe but does not fit same as other Clarks l have bought.
Love the look and that it is made from leather.Unfortunately, fit of shoe did not measure up to past Clarks shoes in same size. Disappointed, but had to return them.

Comfortable walking shoe
I bought the same pair of Clark’s a couple of years ago. They are finally worn out. The new ones are comfy, just like the old pair.
