Heartland Pie Shell Granola, 6-ounces (Pack of12)

I love this pie crust-nice granola texture, coconut flavor, and fresh tasting, as in not stale. It is also a light brown/tan color, not dark as depicted in the photo. I made an ice-cream pie using this crust and friends thought the ice cream had coconut in it, but it was the flavor of the crust. They loved the pie and wanted to know where I bought the crust. Now I'm tempted to order their chocolate crust as I'm thinking it will be equally tasty. The only improvement I can think of is if they made an organic version.

These shells are ok. I prefer the pastry type and will not order again. They do not hold together but crack. They taste ok and I will use them for making pies with filling. Will not order again. Came on time, in a compact pakage but each shell has a crack in it because of the type of crust and does not stay firm when cutting the pies..

compared to the surprisingly unhealthy brands at my local grocer I was pleased to find a crust with no trans fat and plenty of fiber and protein. Tastes good too. I'll be ordering more soon.update 6 months later: the vendor has raised the price a whopping $10 per box. That's way beyond normal inflation, so sadly, I need to find a competitor.

This pie shell is an excellent and healthier alternative if don't want to make your own. It's just a thin layer of right crunchiness and sweetness. It doesn't overwhelm the pie. For me, it's the perfect shell whether I am baking my rustic apple pie in the summer or my pumpkin pie in the winter - highly recommend it!

Keebler comes no were close in the ready meade pie shell- the granola taste is out of this world and everyone of my family and freinds love it. Hard to find in stores, but easy to buy them on Amazon. Thanks so much.

That's all I can say after trying several other pie shells. Toast it for a few minutes and it is even better. And healthy!

This ready-made pie crust is the best! Low in fat, no trans fat, and great taste. Can use as is or bake for a few minutes to bring out the flavor. Wish it were more readily available!
