Broadcom BCM94321MC BCM4321 Draft 802.11n WLAN Wireless Dual Band PCI-e Card

Literally plug-n-play with my 6-year-old Dell XPS M1530. The original Broadcom chip supplied with the laptop was only 802.11g. This was the last device I had not using 802.11n.Now, I can disable the 802.11g portion of my router, increasing security, and also triple the wireless speeds of my laptop.I haven't purchased a new laptop since the Dell XPS M1530 - honestly not really going to do so because it serves its purpose just well and is still going strong - and it appears manufacturers no longer use these extended-length mini PCI-express cards but instead the shorter ones.If you have a laptop with one of these longer cards and are still using 802.11g or lower, do not hesitate to get this! What a great deal for extending the usability and life of my laptop.

I bought this to replace my wireless card that would not hold a connection. It works except the speeds are low. Download 6.06Mbps and Upload 1.26Mbps. The driver I used was from device manager. I pay for 15 - 20 Mbps, which I get with my ethernet cable. Should return, but I am disabled and have no way to remail.

The Card was send without drivers.The default drivers as installed by the OS online did not support the Dual Band Radio.I bought this card to begin with in order to use Dual Band Wireless (A good default card in the Laptop is single band b/g/n).Took hours to find somewhere on the Internet Drivers that will support Dual Band (a/b/g/n).However, the drivers that I found are Not very stable and needs often reset.

Easy to install, but make sure you have the drivers updated first. Otherwise you cannot connect to internet or network. I had to use my desktop to download the drivers to a usb drive then transfer to laptop and install. It was easy, but some people may not be savvy on how to do this correctly. There is a step by step instruction on youtube to help those that are not sure how to correctly install the wifi card.

This is a common part used in many laptops. The part arrived as stated. Unfortunately it did not resolve my problem WiFi with the laptop. So I have to dig deeper into the unit to find out why the WiFi isnt working.

Bought this adapter to upgrade the Wirless G adapter in my wife's old Dell Latitude. Shipping took a few weeks as it was shipped from Hong Kong. Once I received it and installed it, it came up in Windows with no problems. I was then able to connect her laptop to our Wireless N router.

This was a perfect upgrade for an old Inspiron E1705 Core Duo GMA 950. Brand new and very inexpensive.The vendor who sold it shipped from Hong Kong, so don't be in a hurry. Allow 2 weeks. Really.

This did not work from the get-go, but the customer service for returns was very fast, friendly, efficient, and they make it an easy process and don't make anything a hassle!
