If I didn't believe in science, this stuff would make me believe in god.
This stuff is an absolute godsend. I put this in my water when I go on 100km bike rides, and have no soreness the next day.I also use it in my water bottles during yoga. It's not TOO sweet, but it has thrown my friends a bit when they didn't know what to expect. The blue raspberry flavor fairly pleasant.Off label usage: absolutely amazing hangover cure

One of the worst tasting supplements I have ever had
I am not sure how much I have benefited from this supplement but what I can say is that I will NEVER order it again. The taste is seriously awful. It is irrelevant how well it works if I can barely force it down. I added some lemonade mix to it just so that it would be drinkable. Unfortunately, that was not enough. Now I drink it in a small quick shot just to get through it as quick as possible. It might work as a supplement but it just tastes too bad.
