Been Using It Almost Daily For Four Months. Love it!
We first got this air fryer just to make / reheat fries and nuggets but ended up making most of our daily dinners (primarily Home Chef meal kits) with it as well. What sets this air fryer apart from others is that it rotates with an optional tilt so you can make fries, tater tots, and nuggets without having to turn them midway. You can even stir-fry vegetables with it.For dinners, we've made lots of different stuff with it. Protein: chicken breasts, pork chops, meatballs, meat patties, breaded cutlets, breaded tenders, and Impossible meat. I am rarely able to cook chicken breasts or pork chops on the stovetop that are tender and moist but with this, I get it just right all the time. (FYI, I dry brine the chicken breasts or pork chops with salt on both side for 30 minutes, then pat them dry before cooking.)Vegetables (roasted or stir-fried): tomatoes, carrots, zucchinis, broccoli, green beans, cabbage, brussel sprouts, asparagus, sweet potatoes, potatoes, etc.No matter what we cook, we end up using a whole lot less oil so it makes for healthier eating.Cleaning up is such a breeze compared to stovetop cooking because all the splatter is contained. With stovetop cooking, I always had to wipe the stovetop and the surrounding areas after cooking. With this, I just need to wash the ceramic bowl and wipe the inside of the lid with a wet and lightly soaped kitchen cloth. If the ceramic bowl gets a little crusty after cooking, I just pour a cup of water in there, turn it on for a few minutes and voila, everything comes right off with a soapy sponge. Four months of near daily use and the ceramic bowl is still holding up beautifully. It's as nonstick as the first day we got it.The size is perfect for our family of two. The ceramic bowl is big enough for up to 3 or 4 chicken breasts so a family of 3 or 4 may be well served as well. We love it so much that we've brought it along with us whenever we go away on weekends to airbnb cabins. The only thing that may be a drawback for some is that there is no temperature control so if your chicken breasts or porkchops aren't seasoned or dry-rubbed or sprinkled with spices, they will not brown and may look unappetizing.Yeah, this thing has really exceeded our expectations. We have found a lot more uses for it than we originally thought. It has made cooking and cleaning up a whole lot easier. And we are eating a lot healthier because of it as well. Love it.

I use it 1-4 times a week
Good little device for what it is. It's a great dump-and-go. Dump in some frozen mix of stuff, season, tablespoon of olive oil, set it for 20ish minutes. Come back later and bam good to go. I may experiment more later. But for now, I swap between: a bag of frozen cooked diced chicken and 2 bags of frozen diced sweet potatoes, a bag of cooked fajita steak meat and a bag of frozen hashbrowns and onions, and a bag of frozen shrimp and a bag of frozen stir fry. The shrimp is the only protein I have used it for that wasn't pre-cooked. But they come out fine.I'll reinforce some of the questionable observations others have mentioned. The ceramic lining is quite thin. But it is a real ceramic coating and not teflon. Which a lot of these devices with non-stick surfaces tend to use teflon. And there is no temperature control. You can control which burners are on while it is in use and through this you can produce a "hi - lo" effect. But no control over achieving a specific temp. This is the reason I am leaning away from non-precooked proteins. Some people see that as a critical flaw. I'm of the opinion if you are wanting to get that specific and "fresh", you should probably just be cooking on a stove. That's not what this sort of device is for. This is for stupid easy, thoughtless, safe, effortless food prep.Portion limitations: If you are wanting to use the tilt-and-stir feature, which is the main reason you'd want this particular unit, you'll have to watch how much food you put in the pan. I find I can make about 3 adult plates worth of food in a single use. When loading it is deceptive because it lays flat when you load it so it looks like it can hold a lot more. But when you tilt it all the food slides to one side. So load up too much and it will start falling out the pan.

ceramic coating, top &/ bottom heating, rotating pan, tilted position, easy to use & clean
I was a bit skeptical before using it. It's very easy to use, the + and - button can be pressed during cooking cycle to add/decrease to adjust the cooking time, so kinda stop cooking if really needed. There are dishes require constant flipping in Asian cuisines, 1 of them is fried sticky rice, despite the manufacture has not tried it and have no answer for me, I tried it myself and it works with a little human intervention, which saved me lotta tiring arm-work (lol) It cooked frozen fries much faster than tradition oven as well as toaster oven (which I tried all) with less oil, it can be used to baked croissants & danishes & pastries. I even tried to use if for making wasabi almonds & peanuts and worked. Grilled cheese sandwich, onion rings, chicken wings, nuggets, fish filet, crab cakes, steaks all seem workable. The lid is removable, so it's easy to clean, the pan has ceramic non-stick coating which is also easy to clean. There is oil drip pan in the front.

Healthy food that’s easy to cook.
I’d been looking a various air fryers and finally chose this one because;1) Unlike most, Oster is a brand I’ve actually heard of.2) I like the ceramic non-stick pan. (I’ve used ceramic non-stick before and loved it every time.)Now that I’ve had it a while, I know I made the right choice. Chicken & pork chops come out crisp outside & succulent inside. Today, we made a batch of delicious French-fries in it. Despite the low amount of oil used, they were tasty & crisp. It is very easy to use, and the instructions are clear. It also cleans up very easily.A couple of suggestions;1) Keep notes on how your favorite foods cook and how much time they take. You may find the need to do a bit of experimenting2) When cooking meat on the grill, put some water in the bottom of the pan. This prevents fat & drippings from cooking onto the pan.Just a couple of negatives;1) It is bulky; they all are, but this one is bulkier than most.2) Whenever it is plugged in, the LCD screen is on. That is kind of wasteful. You can either unplug it when you are done or plug it into a wall plug that has a n on/off switch. It’s a great way to cook healthy food.
