The design is beautiful, modern, and very practical. its PERFORMANCE is outstanding whether vacuuming carpets or moping the hard floors, the results are simply excellent. the suction power is incredibly strong and removes dust and dirt effortlessly, leaving the carpet/surfaces perfectly clean. compared to other competing brands, this vacuum clearly stands out in terms of efficiency, quality, and overall performance. from personal experience, i highly recommend this robot. powerful, reliable, and absolutely worth the investment.

Robot was working great for around 5 months, after that it started acting weird and stopped working. It couldn't find his base station anymore and it would get stuck on doorways around 2cm in height that it was going over easily before that. I tried everything to fix it, but nothing helped. Tried eveything, including: - Factory reset - Robot reset - Map reset - Cleaning the sensors on the robot and the base - Etc At the end, I just ended up with a faulty unit. I won't buy their products anymore. It's a shame, as by pure functionalities it is one of the best on the market.

This is the best cleaning robot I ever had! This is the 3rd robot that I have tried and prior to 2 dyson... this vacuum and mops and it auto cleans its mop and empty the dirt! Love how lazy I can be! I have a rabbit and it sucks up the PET HAIR without getting stuck! Amazing and I love it!

Tenía mis dudas porque tengo 3 mascotas, dos gatos y un perro, y no las tenía todas conmigo de que limpiara bien los pelitos y no se atascara a los dos días. Estoy encantada, no sólo limpia bien, aspira y friega, sino que con ella he comprado TIEMPO. Ponerla a trabajar desde la app, la cual es muy potente y fácil de usar, antes de llegar a casa parece algo futurista. Le dices qué parte de la casa quieres limpiar y va ella sola. Cuando llegas a casa, ya te la encuentras limpia. El hecho de que desagüe el agua sucia y vuelque en la bolsa de la torre base el polvo y pelos que aspira es genial porque no tengo que preocuparme de hacerlo yo. Puedes programar también cada cuántos m2 quieres que vuelva a la base para limpiar las mopas de fregado y lo mejor de todo...tiene la función de secar mopas, con lo cual no tienes que sacarlas una vez hecha la limpieza para que se sequen y no cojan olor a humedad. Piedes elegir también desde la app la cantidad de agua que quieres que tengan las mopas. En mi caso tengo dos tipos de suelo con lo que para la tarima ajusto la cantidad al mínimo y con el gres de baños y cocina, al máximo. Puedes programarla para que limpie los días y horas que quieras y así te desentiendes todavía más. Con la cámara puedes monitorear por dónde va con la app. La app también te informa del tiempo restante que le queda a cada suministro, filtro, mopas etc... Y aunque es verdad que los suministros son carillos, merece la pena vienen en packs y te durarán más de 1 año seguro. En mi caso, con mis mascotas tenía que aspirar la casa 1 o 2 veces al día, y teniendo esta maravilla, eso ya es cosa del pasado :-) y mis animales se acostumbraron a ella al segundo día. Es muy silenciosa y cualquier obstáculo lo y te informa desde la app cuál es para que en el futuro, si lo vuelve a encontrar, lo obvie o lo esquive. Si mis mascotas están tumbadas en el suelo, se para y sigue por otro lado. Es un dinero muy bien invertido. Yo tuve la suerte de comprarla a 800 euros en los Prime Days pero te ofrecen la posibilidad de financiar en 4 meses sin intereses, lo cual me convenció para meterme en algo así de caro. Pero repito, vale cada euro que me costó. Lo mejor en el mercado, sin duda.

L'ho ordinato mesi fa con il pagamento 3 rate, ma non mi è mai pervenuto, ho rifatto l'acquisto ma confidis lo ha letto come un nuovo utilizzo della linea di credito e mi ha imposto gli interessi, ho quindi nuovamente annullato l'ordine e rifatto per l'ennesima volta con pagamento immediato. L'articolo è stato spedito ed è arrivato con 2 giorni di ritardo, o meglio, l'ho dovuto ritirare io al magazzino perché nonostante fossi a casa il corriere segnalava l'impossibilità della consegna causa mia assenza. Avuto finalmente il robottino, lo provo immediatamente, il pacco è molto ingombrante e pesante ed effettivamente la stazione di base è grandicella ma inevitabile date le funzioni. Il primo giro è stato di perlustrazione della casa per la mappatura, ho tolto quanti più ostacoli possibili, ha avuto qualche difficoltà solo nella gestione degli specchi (quelli che arrivano fino a terra) ma ha mappato benissimo. La prima aspirazione è andata molto bene e anche il lavaggio ottimo. Molto silenzioso e si può impostare su molte lingue non per forza inglese. Buona capacità di riconoscere gli ostacoli ma li prende un po' troppo alla larga per i miei gusti, l'autopulitura della basetta in realtà mette solo acqua, poi va pulito e asciugato con un panno manualmente. In linea generale funziona molto bene, l'unica cosa è che non posso mettere le pulizie in coda, per esempio se voglio spazzare e lavare lo posso impostare, ma lo farà contemporaneamente, altrimenti devo impostare prima l'aspirazione e quando ha finito il lavaggio. Inoltre, nella la pulizia programmata, posto le stanze e l'orario ma il "cosa fare" (quindi spazzare e lavare o solo spazzare o solo lavare) è impostato nella modalità pulizia principale ergo: se per un'occasione l'ho fatto spazzare e lavare, e la mattina voglio solo che spazzi in pulizia programmata, devo reimpostarlo. In conclusione è un ottimo prodotto, ovviamente la casa deve essere con quanti meno ostacoli e alcune funzioni potrebbero essere migliorate, per il resto adoro
