Works really well, was worried that it wasn't the more expensive 'RGB' version that it wouldn't be as powerful. Nope- it works extremely well! Pros: My laptop use to get to 93c even after a tech shop replaced the thermal pads for it. My laptop with it now gets temperatures as low as 38c(full power) or around 50c at half. Cons: As should be obvious, its loud. Even on half power it can be a little overwelming. However with how effecient it is I believe that most people won't run it full or even half power. My laptop was deemed unrepairable from that tech shop I mention before because they figured it was impossible to get the temperatures down. But now with this I beleive I can get atleast 2 more years out of it.

The product is a little heavy and noisy, but it really keeps your laptop cool. Well, not that noisy at low speed, but my laptop runs hot. I love it 💓.

I took my time to research coolers, learned from buying one a year ago with no filter. The V12 is powerful, will cool your laptop down especially when gaming. The design is great, you can set it on a desk without using the feet and still have great airflow. The maintenance is easy as well, the filter is held in by a cover with a latch. I would recommend checking the filter every month. More often if you use a powder carpet product like Arm & Hammer, even with the hepa filters in hoovers, the fine particles find it somehow in the filter. Only one complaint, I should have chosen this one last year.

I've owned this for less than a month, but I love this device already. I have an older gaming laptop that was starting to slow down and ultra performance began stuttering in games like BG3 and WoW. This cooling pad has kept my laptop cool and able to maintain performance on my favorite games with quality performance.

This cooling could deserve a 5 star if it lasted longer, but now I have to give it 1 star only. I bought this cooling pad on Sept. 5 2024 after watching a Youtube review. This cooling pad is really powerful with its individual power charger. It really can help cool a laptop a lot. I have bought many cheap cooling pads and none of their performances could compete with this one. However, after only 3 months now the cooling pad is no longer working well. The charging cable has a severe connection issue. When plugging the charging cable, the pad should have a green light on at the top right side showing the pad is connecting with the charger. However, the now the light will automatically go off while the pad suddenly stops working. I figured out it was the connecting issue of the charging cable. Now, I have to be very careful not move or touch the charging cable when using this cooling pad. I can accept a cooling pad to fail after one year's use. However, I kept using this pad for only 3 months and it failed charging already. No matter how good its performance it had, this cooling pad already fails charging. For my experience, it is a 1 star product.

Just dont forget to turn on the cooler when you turn on PC. It will restrict the airflow. I always forget to turn on the cooler because I dont play hardcore games all the time... Fan is pretty damn loud. Even at 1000, it is louder than my 8 year old fan. If you are using headphones, it should be fine. But if youre using full throttle, you better wear a headset. I think it does good job of cooling down the laptop overall. I still havent yet found out what would be a optomal fan speed for each use because you can control the fan speed by 100s from 700 upto 2000 something rpm. The actual item is pretty big. So.. make sure you have space that is gonna be bigger than your laptop. When you put the laptop on there its gonna raise up the height quite a bit. So youll need a keyboard and mouse. Overall, its alright.

Look, it is loud - even before it reaches max power. And at Max it is very loud compared to the average laptop cooler. And I am ok with that. Because at the end of the day when I am trying to keep my ancient laptop cool, it does the job, incredibly so because anyone with a ancient laptop knows those burn like a car engine. And the fact this fan can combat makes it a winner in my book. It is sturdy, and the padding holds the laptop well. If you want to keep your laptop cool and don't care about the sound (which personally is honestly not that bad with headphones) then this works well for the cost. Otherwise you will want to look for something weaker.

It worked for hour or two but than computer started heating up again with the V12 fan on its highest speed. This is not the best product for the price. I notice the fan is not balance on each side where it blows some cool air.
