Way too small

I ordered my size based on the sellers size chart and when i put them on it was WAY to small. My nuts pushed out the sides and seller said they wont exchange it. Dont order from this company unless you like wasting money.

Lemme start by saying I have two of these but only cuz I order the wrong format and color by are accident for the first one. But I said that to say this... BOTH of them fit perfectly and so comfortable I'm bout to buy like two other colors. They are very true to size btw.
