1/3hp not recommended for 120+ gal cold plunge, but try 1hp instead!
The 1/3hp unit was unable to get 120 gal cold plunge under 60 degrees in 63 degree weather in Ohio. Would advise a bigger unit of at least 2/3hp for 120 gal cold plunge.Update-- I purchased the 1hp for my 120 gal cold plunge and that did the trick. The chiller works great and has no problem achieving and holding 50 degrees even in 90 degree weather.

Works great!
Great bang for the buck! Easily gets our Ice Barrel down to low 40's. So far no problems after 3 months of use. Responsive customer service (answered all my questions). Originally I had Ice Barrel chiller at more than 3x the price-- that stopped working and their customer service was almost non-existent. I am glad I switched. I just wish the hoses were more insulated. I wrapped them in foam pipe sleeves and tape. Put the whole system in a large plastic deck box to protect against rain. Cut slats for hoses, cords, ventilation and access to control panel.

Cold plunge chiller
So far so good. Bought this as a replacement for another one from a different company that stoped working. Have it outdoors, outdoor temp currently in the 90 and has kept the water at 47 degrees, which I have it set for.

Solid unit.
Stoked on this setup. Bought it for a 128 gallon inflatable tub and it holds my preferred 42 degree temperature in direct western sun, so far up to 75 degree days (that's the hottest it's been since I bought it). I was nervous about it being powerful enough over the hot summer months but it seems like it will be. You can barely hear it running, no issues noisewise. Also, having all the accessories (pump, filter, tubes, connectors, is a huge perk. Took maybe 20 minutes to figure out the setup. Very happy.

Chiller worked decent pump not so much
Pump already went out so looking to have to buy a new one. They don’t list any of the parts on here so that’s why 3 stars

Keeps Water Cold
I bought a cold plunge from Costco and bought this to keep the water cold. At first it looked like the pump didn’t work but it was because it needed to be filled with water first. I used my hose to fill the pump line with water and then placed it in the ice bath. It works perfectly now.The only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 stars is because the temperature gauge is always about 5-6 degree off. If it says it’s 46 degrees F then it’s actually 40 degrees.
