Its a lot smaller than i imagined.Came in a really well padded box.Need 3 aa batteries 1 setting allows music and 1 setting allows pumpkins to light up.Really pleased with the quality if the product. Really gd comunication with delivery company texted me when arriving.

I had ordered this as an xmas gift and attempted to cancel it. It got dispatched anyway and I am pleased it did as it is absolutely beautiful. Smaller than expected and the figurines are a little closer than together shown in the photo. A very beautiful, moving gift for my sister who is obsessed with the Nightmare Before Christmas.

Absolute rip-off product! Bradford Exchange advertise their products as premium "hand crafted" collectibles. This is far from that. It is PLASTIC and doesn't even work as advertised. Firstly, it arrives simply in polystyrene moulded packaging in a plastic bag. There isn't even a box! When paying over £70 for a collectible, you expect it to come in a box - after all, as any collector knows, the box forms part of the collectible product's value! When this was raised with Bradford Exchange, they said the lack of box is to "minimise waste". If you want to be environmentally friendly, try having the product made in the UK rather than shipped half way around the world from China! Clearly the choice to not have a box is simply their attempt to maximise every penny of profit from the product, not to be environmentally friendly. Next, it requires batteries and a tiny screw is (unnecessarily) used to further secure the lid to the battery compartment. But this hadn't even been fitted correctly, it had been put in at an angle, partly protruding, and was stuck. It took a pair of plyers to unscrew it! Next, the advert clearly said that Zero glows. Let's make this very clear - Zero does NOT glow! The pumpkins light up, but Zero doesn't. Again, this was fed back to Bradford Exchange who simply said that they tested one and agree that Zero doesn't actually glow, so will remove that description from their website. The description shouldn't have been on there in the first place if he doesn't glow, that is mis-selling! And finally, the quality of the product itself is poor. It's plastic. Don't be fooled by the "hand crafted" description. A product of this type, size and quality should be more like £30-£40, not over £70. This was bought as a gift, and left us very disappointed. Avoid! If you're a Nightmare Before Christmas fan, don't waste your money on this. There are far better quality collectibles out there.
