Mask is too big even though I read the weight chart. Would be happier if it weren't

After 2 months of use, research and debates with master degrees in various physical fitness fields, I have come to the fact-checked conclusion that this technology does not exist yet. This mask, all “altitude” masks for that matter, simply limits the air flow using vents. In no way does it simulate high altitude and this fact is very “googleable.” Breathing through a straw has the same exact effect on the diaphragm as this mask and for only a penny. Also there is a very high risk of death if you have air pockets on your lungs which I’m gonna assume you haven’t had your doctor check out. Rip an air pocket = death. This mask is a complete gimmick. Do not buy. I’m keeping mine as a reminder that not all things on the internet are true. :)Straw > TrainingMask

Very well made, really wasn’t expecting the quality to be as nice as it was. Very durable ! My workouts are very intense and this holds its own.
