Step2 893199 Seaside Villa Playhouse Kids

I bought this with the intention of decking it out and remodeling it just like I did with Ikea duktig kitchen.by the time I did enough research I had already assembled so I was too late to spray paint it if you Google plastic playhouse before and after you will see what I mean.I live in a small apartment where it is 120° nine months out of the year so is not meant for outdoor space my son is too big for a playpen and his little gated area baby jail he just basically moved around the room in it so that wasn't serving his purpose.I bought this with the intention to occupy toys and occupy him for at least 20 minutes at a time so I can get other things done.I will post pictures once I pimp it out but for right now it fits my needs if it's the space I put it in and I am happy with my purchase

We bought this for our two girls (4yo and 1yo). It assembles by screwing the various plastic pieces together. It was fairly easy to put together, but maybe not if you haven't put a lot of other toys together. The instructions were clear and easy. I think that it took between 1 and 2 hours to assemble.The girls love it. My oldest one loves that she can "get mail" through the mail slot, and she enjoyed putting all the decals on. My youngest daughter just likes that there are things on which to climb! The little bench is her favorite.We've decided to keep it in the backyard, and clearly it is holding up to the weather very well.Overall, this has definitely been worth it!

After researching for months to make sure I get my money worth, i decided to get this one. It took two to put it together for about 30 min and the power drill is much quicker to use than the screwdriver. The kids love it, it looks small but it actually big enough for my almost 6 year old (40lbs) 4 year old(bday present) (30lbs) plus two chairs!!!. I am five foot five and my husband is almost 6 ft tall and we can fit in(not together lol). Hope this review helps to get a picture of how roomy it is inside.

We’ve purchased multiple items from Step2, and like those past purchases, this one is definitely a hit! My kids (ages 5 and 4) LOVE playing house. They squealed and jumped with joy when we surprised them with this sweet little house. The directions were easy to follow and we were able to assemble it in under an hour. The simple styling and soft colors made this an easy purchase for me, as i’m not a fan of the bright, tacky colors. Thank you Step2 for a high-quality toy, that doesn’t make a dent in my wallet! My kids, and their friends, will no doubt be spending many hours playing in this adorable house!

Really cute house. Make sure to use a drill as the screw holes are only dimples in the plastic and not fully cut. I wish it had more features. My kids got bored in it fairly quickly and they LOVE playhouses. We bought it to keep inside and I like that they can get in through the open side or the door (or dog door) and I can see through it. It’s a bit plain but it was the most affordable one I could find. The only thing was that the step 2 sign fell off right away. Otherwise it’s held up fine and only took about 30 minutes to assemble with a drill.

We got the  Step2 Seaside Villa Kids Playhouse  for our two girls (aged 4 and 1) and they absolutely love "getting the mail" in the mail slot and "preparing dinner" at the sink.The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the playhouse took about 2 hours to assemble. It would have been faster but the kids were so excited to start playing with it that I had to keep stopping to show them the house while it was under construction.We've had the playhouse for a couple weeks now and I'm really glad we bought it. Definitely recommend this product!

I adore this outdoor house. The joy on my child’s face after putting it together made all the work worth it. You definitely need a drill to put it together. There are a number of pieces but it’s not too cumbersome. I was able to do it in under an hour. My 16M old loves opening and closing the door and my dog loves the doggy door. It was exactly what we needed in our sunny backyard.

This has been a huge hit with my kids. I have a 1 and 4 year old and they both love to play in it. When the box arrived they couldn't wait to play so we assembled it inside. It took my husband less than an hour and is very sturdy. It currently is in our play room and I love the color scheme. I was going to put it outside but may just keep inside because they enjoy it so much!
