Minor's Base 16oz. (pack of 2) (Beef Au Jus)

This is the only pork base I use. It tastes great in a variety of dishes.

This is my go-to mix to create sauces. I use it in place of broth and it adds an extra bit of flavor you don't get from homemade broth/stock. Be careful as it is a bit salty so you generally don't need to add any salt to your recipes when this is included. I've been using is for years and when my local market stopped carrying it, I was happy to find Minors on Amazon . . . albeit more expensive.

The soup bases were perfect. I use this product all the time. I can’t always find this particular one in my food stores, so I usually have to buy it online.

Excellent stuff - both chicken and beef. You can make a good gravy or jus with these products.The thing to remember is they have a fairly high salt content, so if you're substituting brothmade with these bases adjust the salt in the rest of your recipe to compensate.

I love this product it makes everything taste so much better. I love making copycat soups and always improves them so they taste like the restaurant quality. Buy it you will love them. I get it a 4 for the price because it has gone up so much but worth the price.

Good value and convenient to be able to order both as they are not readily available

This was delivered completely exploded and I have no option to replace product. Packing was nonexistent, this was a complete mess and a complete letdown for our holiday weekend.
