This push-ups board is awesome. It's made very well and it is durable / sturdy. I love that the handles can be stored inside the board itself. Assembly is simple, even with all the attachments and included accessories, maximizing on versatility and performance. It's lightweight and portable. I love all the different push-up and exercise options.

Use for all kinds of workouts, push-ups, ab rolls, bandes leg swings, squats. I find if to be very beginner friendly and easy to carry around due to the included bag. I just lubricated the pole included however because the metal on metal sound when screwing it together can be annoying without putting lubricant on it.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve tested a few push-up boards before, and this one definitely has better build quality in terms of the main board itself. It’s more solid, better design, and feels more stable during use. However, it’s still plastic, so don’t expect any premium materials.The included accessories (resistance bands, handles, wheels, etc.) are generic at best… nothing special, and I wouldn’t count on them long-term. The handles are especially uncomfortable: hard plastic with no padding, which became a problem for me personally. I have ganglion cysts, and after two days of use, I had to stop because the strain was too much.If you don’t have wrist issues, this product will probably work well for you. But if you have any kind of sensitivity or joint problem, the handle design is a real limitation. Overall it’s still a good value for the money if you compare it to most of what’s available, and I’m pretty sure that it offers a good effective workout.

I bought as a gift for my fiancé and he loves it. It’s kind of small compared to him but it holds him up good and hasn’t broken or cracked like some of the reviews have experienced. He’s about 200 lbs. he uses it everyday and I have noticed results in about a month. I use the strings sometimes for my own workout 🤫
