Not Usable in Europe
This is a product made specifically for the USA and the importer should never have offered it to the British public. This was confirmed to me by the factory itself in the USA which was surprised that this particular model was on sale in the UK or indeed anywhere in Europe.Must be mentioned that Seller accepted its return refunding cost and postage.

I USED IT IN MY COUNTRY AND DID NOT MAKE THE JOB...JUST DETECT THE SHOPS ALARMS AND KIOSKS!!!!

Cobra XRS 9965 Radar Detector
I just used it for a couple of times, but it seems to work pretty good. It's user friendly, has an easy menu and the touch screen helps a lot. I diidn't have problems with the screen illumination, as other users wrote. I have some doubt about the range, but I have to test it more in the future to see it's real capabilities. I have also to test it against radars being set just after a tunnel or after a corner in a highway where you approach at a high speed. I'll be back soon with a newer report.
