Great product that I use in so many saucesIt’s a great substitute for real cream in a sauce just melt it down when cookingIt works well with bone broths etc too for sauces and thickens them upA quick recipe for mushroom sauce for steaks or chickenMushroomsDried TarragonGarlic finely chopped just a bitFresh ginger finely chopped just a bitBone broth or stock liquid enough to make a sauce for you or however many you needThis coconut creamPinch of sea salt to taste at the endCook the mushrooms ginger garlic until softening add lots of herbs I use tarragon for this recipeAdd broth cook for a little while longer and add coconut cream until it melts down in the sauce add more if sauce needs to thicken more and your done .. it really is quick and easy and tasty doesn’t taste of coconut at allBrilliant give it a go

Love this product it’s delicious in certain recioes

Very nice, delicious coconut cream. My main issue with this is that theres a portion at the top of the jar of pure coconut oil. I'm sure this is normal as oil separates, but be aware that the coconut cream you're after is underneath this 1.5cm layer of hardened oil. It would have been nice if they skimmed this off the top, but its not a massive deal so long that you know it's there and dont just end up with coconut oil in water instead of coconut milk.The plus is that this is the tastiest coconut cream I've tried so far, I usually mix in some boiling water to make a small amount of coconut milk, before adding instant coffee and more water. This makes a delicious brew and sometimes I just have the milk on its own (that's how good it tastes).It's also nice that this is free from sweeteners, as I like it on its own and I appreciate that it's organic and preservative free.Great all round, if not for the unwanted oil.

I can only assume that the positive reviews of this product are from people who have not made coconut milk from scratch from desiccated coconut at home. I bought this as we are due to go on holiday and it seemed a good option to making my own coconut milk every few days whilst away. One try of this product was very disappointing, while it has more texture than coconut oil it tasted nothing like the coconut cream which comes from the homemade version of coconut milk. Or indeed from a can of coconut milk.When made up according to the instructions on the jar, 40 grams of coconut cream to 170 mls of water to give 200 mls of full cream coconut milk, the end result was weak and watery, nothing like the rich milk we are used to. It was also tasteless. I can only assume that the poor result is because, unlike homemade coconut milk, this product takes the cream leaving the coconut water which is where the coconut taste is, at home this cream and water are blended together. The outcome is a weak and tasteless poor replica of the genuine article.I bought two jars of this, one ordered by mistake, I will not return the unopened one but use it in other ways, however, I will not buy this again. Very disappointing as I like Lucy Bee products and the ethical way the coconut oil is produced.UPDATEAfter writing this above review I discovered the coconut cream below a layer oil coconut oil and made another batch of milk which was absolutely fine and compared very favourably with home produced milk from desiccated coconut without the extra time needed. We will, therefore be using this whilst away on holiday. Very rich and creamy, I now understand why other reviewers say they can eat this straight from the jar as a sweet treat.

Good quality cream. Good substitute for dairy.

The jar is of very poor quality. I used a normal kitchen knife to scratch the cream out and suddenly had a hole in the jar. The glass is so thin Picked parts out, but the rest was to throw away. Never seen such a cheap jar. Won't buy it again. Way to risky.
