We have had this a couple of years now. It is the best spot cleaner we have ever had. With two dogs and two cats this thing is used every week. Good dependable machine that works well.

We probably use this once a month. With 3 school aged kid's in the house and light colored carpet and furniture, it's a must. Portable, cleans amazing, easy to use, and easy to clean. What more could you ask for. Theres some concerns about the hose reliability from other reviewers. Hasn't been a problem for us. Seems like you'd have to treat it pretty rough for it to be a problem.
