Comfort Zone Twin Window Fan with Remote | 3 Speed, High Velocity, Dual Blade Fans

I purchase this Comfort Zone Cz310R Twin Window Fan because I wanted to get some fresh air from outside into my house and make a draught or some nice cooling breeze I saw it on Amazon.co.uk so I thought everything else I buy on this website is usually made to use in the UK I've up by batteries or plug sockets or television's anything really so I trusted Amazon and I usually always get what I purchase we keep having heat waves here in the UK so I finally had enough and I wanted to get a window fan I looked on Amazon and this one looked like it was the best I didn't really look at the reviews I was just excited by the picture and what you can do then I purchased "Comfort Zone Cz310R Twin Window Fan" and I was excited because it came earlier than expected but when I open the packaging and got the product out I notice something unusual the plug socket was not made for the UK after looking it up I realise it's for the American use I'm not quite sure about Europe because we have different plugs there too but obviously I cannot use it in the UK I emailed the product supplier and they said they apologise and I could send it back and if the product I'm sending back I had to pay for to return it cost more than 20 pounds I could get my money reimbursed I went down to my local post office to send it back and they said becausr it came from America and it was so heavy it will cost £170 just to return it and I bought this for £95 so obviously it wasn't worth it. I had to look up on Amazon a plug socket what can do USA to UK plug adapter an I purchased it and hopefully it will arrive tomorrow obviously I can't be sending it back because it costs far too much compared to what I paid for it. I will not be buying from this supplier again it's just way too much hassle to return it an too much hassle just to look up its mistakes when I should be enjoying my product.USA to UK Plug Adaptor/Chinese to UK Plug Convertor

Item does not list the voltage. I'm sure it is nice in the USA but here in the UK it is not suefullas it would mostly just produce smoke. Should have the voltage listed on the product.Had to return from overseas... what a pain.

This fan works very well, gets the job done, and easy to control with buttons or remote. The twin blades bring cool exterior air in, or take interior air out, or both at same time, which is the biggest positive, without manually having to lift and rotate the machine.The size is 23 ¾ x 12 x 3 ½ inch and fits inside the side sliders double window panes track or in front of the interior front pane on window sill. The two legs attach by a clip and supplied screw on bottom and is another useful positive and prevents fan from falling or blowing over if sitting against the window, or on a flat surface. Fan has a moderate weight, hand carrying indentation, and stable white plastic frame. Comes with elastic bug screen cloth filters for front or back side of fan frame and used only when fan is off.The only three minor negatives are the buttons on the grey front control panel are impossible to see to activate, but the remote is easy and effective from five feet away; the on/off/changing buttons have a very loud chirp sound; and the fan motor (not the blades) has a slight hum sound.This is an excellent fan, at a very competitive price. Highly recommended.

Ha sido la mejor compra para estos tiempos de calor pues puedo jalar el aire frío de afuera ya que un ventilador normal no me era suficiente para refrescarme con estos calores.Me encanta que tiene el control remoto y que tiene la opción tanto de sacar el aire caliente de mi habitación o bien, jalar aire frío de afuera hacia mi cuarto. También tiene la opción para reciclar el aire.Otra ventaja que me gustó es que puedo ponerle las patitas y lo pongo frente a mi cuando trabajo en la computadora, en caso de que necesite aire directo o que esté lloviendo.Hay otros ventiladores de ventana que no traen estas patitas y no podía ponerlo frente a mí. Esté sí tiene esta opción.No es ruidoso. Puedo dormir tranquilamente.

We already had one of these Window Twin Fans and knew they worked well for what their meant to do. So I wanted another one to put in our livingroom window as the other one is in a bedroom in our apt.On a very hot day like today at 43c/109f in Ontario Canada we are sizzling! I don't run it through the day as I keep my drapes closed to keep the hot air out. But after dinner once the sun has started to set I will turn it on to exhaust the hot air out of the room first leave it on awhile then in the evening I will then turn it to draw the cooler air in the room. This works like a charm believe me!!With it's good selection of speeds and direction of air this really does make a difference. We also have a air conditioner in the livingroom and at night this also helps move the air around while drawing in cooler air where I'm able to sometimes shut off the air conditioner.Have had this now 2 seasons and it's working like a charm no complaints easy to wipe down at the end of the season when I pull it out of the window to put away for winter. I can see when there's heat waves upon us these types of window fans sell out everywhere and fast because they inexpensive and they work!! Very happy and pleased to have purchased this fan!!
