Arrived just fine, slightly leaky but we just tightened the spigot as much as possible. Was super cute!

This has worked great thus far in the month or so since purchase. I have noticed a couple of hairline cracks around the spout adapter but these have not spread with the addition of ice/cold water etc. they are not leaking either.

I would have given this a better review if the spigot would have dispensed my washing machine detergent. It became occluded the first time I tried to use it. For drinks, it works perfectly. love the design of the container

For the price, it's great. Yes, the spigot is plastic, painted silver on the outside, but it's food-grade plastic, so I'm not bothered. The first time I screwed in the spigot and filled the jar, there was a small leak. But after emptying, re-screwing in the spigot and making sure I got it tight enough to feel the gasket squeeze down, and now it's perfectly sealed.

I should have known better when I saw the price. The glass jar itself is very nice but the spigot is made of very cheap plastic and leaks. Just glad I tested it with water and set it on a plate before I used it for my jalapeno infused tequila.

Makes EXCELLENT sun tea! Exactly what I was looking for after I broke my last one. Very sturdy and easy to clean. All pieces are removable and easy to reassemble. Perfect size to fit in the fridge. Would purchase again.

Cheap. It looks nice until you take it out of the box. Right off the bat, I pull it out of the box and there’s nothing to keep it from moving around inside the box. When you’ve got metal on glass with no protection, you’re asking for the glass to get chipped. That’s what happened to mine. The latching mechanism to open and close it is flimsy, and I can hear it grinding along the edges of the glass jar. When closed, the lid doesn’t feel like it quite fits, and slips around a bit under the latch. The spigot is plastic, but that’s common among most of these dispensers. It arrived quickly, looks nice, has a glass top which is a bonus and did not leak. I was disappointed that the handle to the spigot came broken so can only give it 3 stars. The spigot is made out of cheap plastic which is unfortunate because the jar itself is nice. I guess I can salvage it by buying a metal spigot.
