Ordered this because it had a metal cabinet, definitely worth the price. Haven't encountered any downsides except for the lack of USB-C. That would be a really nice addition for the next-gen TitanStrike.Very sturdy, if you do not intentionally abuse it I dont think you can deform the metal box or the acrylic top plate. Using it on Tekken 8 - 7 and Tag, had absolutely no problems even for mapping to the old emulators.Enough amount of buttons and a nice joystick. All are very modifiable, I changed it with bat top, I think TitanStrike v2 should definitely come with a bat top as a standard with octagonal restrictor plate.Tried Mayflash 500 and 700, etokki, Hori alpha, and qanba obsidian until now. This one has the best feeling after changing it to the bat top.For shipping safety, ball top comes lose, and it comes with an extra plastic washer. Cannot complain to anything other than USB-A, BallTop, Square restrictor gate. These are all extremely technical details, you may never need to think about these if you are just playing a fighting game casually.

Very good build. Nice feel to all controls and very accurate. Nice and heavy and seems like it will last a long time before needing anything replaced.

Overall, this is the best stick i have ever purchased. my only minor gripe is that the button wires inside are all the same color, so if you want to change the art panel, that's going to be more stressful than it should be. please make the button wires different colors for your future customers. they'll appreciate that

TL;DR the Mayflash F500 Elite is the better product, and cheaper.Pros:+Heavy and sturdy metal chassis, with nice, slim form factor and sloped hand rest.+Firmware updates.+Tiny, animated OLED screen that shows status of the stick.+New Viewlix style layout with wider gap between joystick and buttons, similar to the Noir layout.Cons:-"Sanwa" parts don't feel like real Sanwa. Joystick is a lot louder than a real Sanwa. Buttons feel like the generic buttons you get on a stock Mayflash F500 (non Elite edition)-Top panel doesn't have the slight button cutouts found in modern joysticks for easily swapping buttons.-Packaging box looked heavily worn out and had several tears and dents in it (I ordered a 2nd one, just to be sure. Both were damaged)-"Bid farewell to the 8-minute timeout problem on PS4" ...it timed out. Before and after a firmware update.-LOUD AF!! There's nothing to dampen the sound inside the stick. Aside from the necessary wiring and small PCB, the inside is hollow.-There's no indented mount for the joystick, so it sits a 1/4 inch too high.-Plastic panel is thin, sharp on the edges, and warped. Doesn't fit 100% flush with the case. Again, ordered a 2nd one and had the same issue in a different spot. Seems you have to play the lottery to see if you can get a non warped panel.Summary:What you're getting is a solid, all metal chassis, with a neat screen. However, to really get the most out this of stick, you'll need to make some mods to get it at least on par with what you'd get in a stock Mayflash F500 that's significantly cheaper and (aside from not having a full metal chassis) feels like a more premium product. Not a bad first attempt Sonicon, they seem really enthusiastic about the FGC and getting this product out there. Hopefully they can polish this product and release a 2nd edition worthy of the price.

From the moment I took it out of the box it felt super sturdy and looks great! The button are a nice click rather then others I’ve purchased that are more of a smoosh feeling, this is super professional and sturdy, I know when I start getting exited playing this thing will stay put, feels like an actual arcade, finally found the one, will have to get a second for player 2

The media could not be loaded.  Very Impressed by the build quality and responsiveness. LCD is an amazing bonus for a Tournament Style Arcade StickPros- Tournament Style- STURDY (I don't feel like I can break it from a drop)- Compatible with many platforms- LCD Button Monitor- Very Responsive- Easy Artwork SwapCons- No PS5 compatability(but many arcade sticks are not compatible)

I purchased this product to relive the old days of fight stick controllers like at the arcade.It did not disappoint.I was able to use it with my Nintendo Switch and play some rounds of Mortal Kombat with no issues or lag.My son was able to use it on his computer to play Monster Hunter Legends and a few other games.I liked the click of the buttons and the accuracy of the controlled movements.I look forward to trying it with the kid's Playstation devices after Christmas!I would definately recommend this controller for anyone in the market.
