Dell 7Y608 Compatible Toner Cartridge For The Dell Personal Laser Printer P1500

I love the printer as it has been through quite a bit - the toner lasts for such a long time with high volume printing.

I was within the 90 return time and contacted Global with the news that I had just opened my new cartridge and the product was leaking ink all over the place. They promply sent a replacement which is working fine. Great company to deal with.

I ordered the toner as a just in case, and the service was great. Got to me without any problems.

This print cartridge is terrible, I wouldn't recommend anyone buy it. We felt, the price is good, and even if it lasts only 70% of the brand name, it would still be a better deal. Were we wrong. From day one, the cartridge released so much ink that every document we printed smudged and streaked. If you printed more than 3 pages in a row, the whole page would have black streaks acrossed it and an image of the previous print. We thought it would eventually go away as the ink ran low. This did not happen, the problem got worse. There was so much powder on the rollers and tray, that we ended up buying a whole new printer. This should not happen no matter how inexpensive a product is. I learned a valuable lesson - just buy the real thing when it comes to ink cartridges and avoid expensive headaches.

Service provided by the vendor (true Color Inks) was excellent. Item had to be returned at first because it was not functioning properly. Item was promptly exchanged for another one, which worked fine. Was overall happy with the service from both Amazon and True Color Inks.
