I sort of bought this supplement on a whim to see if it would help with exhaustion. It's helped a bit with energy, but what was pleasantly unexpected is that it overwhelming helped me with body warmth and temperature regulation. I am a person who always runs cold, even sometimes when ambient temperature was 78 degrees, my hands would be ice cold. I do not have that problem anymore while taking this supplement, and I now feel like a normal person in cool temps, I can enjoy the weather again instead of feeling chilled to my core. It's amazing, I feel like I have a whole new lease on life which sounds extreme but it really has made that big of a difference for me and it was something completely unexpected.

Empecé a usar AKG buscando mejorar la fuerza, la recuperación y el rendimiento en el entrenamiento, y ha sido una buena experiencia. No es un estimulante, sino un suplemento que apoya la producción de energía y el flujo sanguíneo, por lo que los beneficios se notan con el uso constante. Algo muy importante que el comprador debe saber es que el AKG funciona mejor cuando se combina con entrenamiento de fuerza y buena alimentación. En mi caso he notado mejor rendimiento, menos fatiga muscular y una sensación de mejor recuperación entre entrenamientos. No es un producto milagro ni se siente de inmediato como la cafeína, pero usado de forma continua sí aporta beneficios reales, especialmente para personas activas o que entrenan regularmente. No he tenido efectos secundarios. Lo volvería a comprar sin duda.

Look - for the most part, we tend to rely on the integrity and honesty of nutition manufacturers when purchasing various vitamin supplements. And this AKG version is no different, but it should also be noted that with "some" amino acids, mild to severe stomach issues can ensue. The key to remember here that the main ingredient in this product is a form of L-Arginine. I'm not going to ramble about all the benefits of that particular Amino Acid because various supplement advertisers will provide that. I will say however, that for some folks - and me included - the ingredient (Amino Acid) of L-Arginine can wreck havoc with your stomach. These stomach issues can run the gamut from a feeling of general indigestion, sharp stomach pains, to acid reflux. It happens and it's a sure thing if you have a sensitive stomach when it comes to certain vitamin supplements. Now for those of you without any of these issues, God bless ya because you are one of the lucky ones. Look at the ingredients carefully. The main ingredient is L-Arginine Alpha Ketoglutarate. But the bottom line is it's still L-Arginine and if you've had stomach issues in the past with this particular Amino Acid, then this AKG version will be no different. Usually I'm on the ball when it comes to reading over all the ingredients in a vitamin supplement, but I somehow managed to overlook that when I purchased AKG supplement. If I had taken the time to read everything over, I would have seen the the main ingredient was a form of L-Arginine and would passed on it because that Amino Acid gives me very bad acid reflux. So after trying it for 2 days (taking 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening), I had to stop because of the combination of mild stomach pains and severe acid reflux. Ceasing to take this AKG stomach remedied the situation and I'm back to normal. Just beware... I'm just trying to warn a few of you who may have sensitive stomachs as not all Amino Acids produce favorable results while being digested. Good luck, and as they say, "your mileage may vary..."

This AKG actually works, and I obviously needed it. I'm 67 and I work out at a gym 5 days a week doing classes and weight lifting, using machines and free weights. This week I started lifting heavier than I have been able to for months. I was kind of shocked, the weights that I couldn't increase because I was not strong enough and so quickly exhausted... I HAD TO ADD a significant amount on to. And I don't feel weak or so tired that I need a nap when I get home. I actually feel great. I take protein and several vitamin & mineral supplements, and adding THIS supplement was the only change. I started taking AKG six weeks ago, so I'm pretty sure it's doing exactly what it's supposed to do. No off taste, no problems taking first thing in the am with coffee or at night, no ill effects whatsoever. This is NOT an instant energy fix like the "wings" drink, so please don't take several times the dosage at once as one reviewer did and expect to be able to leap over buildings...

Seems to be a quality product. Didn't make me me sick or anything. I've been taking 2 every day. As of November 2025, I'm still alive.
