Perfect Crema every time!
This is now the 8th machine i have bought for all my friends as they love the coffee we make with this particular Dualit 3in1.Perfect steam and the crema on the espresso is the best. No other machines match this one.. I have been using Dualit for 20+ years and the equipment is exvellent quality for this and the kettles and toasters.

Coffee Junkie
This is my now my third Dualit coffee machine,in between I had an Andrew james machine which was OK while it lasted and was a lot cheaper but just got over 2yrs with 2 machines,this machine is good,it makes good coffee with a reasonable crema,just a matter of how long it lasts,only 1yr guarantee as opposed to the 2yr on the Andrew james machine,ah well only time will tell.

Lovely coffee - however now broken
An excellent product when its worked...absolute love it. However I have had mine for a month and has completely stopped flowing water through and makes a really loud noise...we shall see how Dualit deal with the support case raised...hoping it'll just be replaced.

Top notch coffee maker!
Up to expectations, replacing and updating an older model. morning coffee was just not the same without it!
