- The Mapp+ gas canister valve connection type is: CGA 600 (1” x 20 UNEF Thread). It is ideal for use with a wide range of the most popular gas blow torches such as the Rothenberger Super-Fire 2, Quickfire Bernzomatic, Faithful, Monument and many more.
- Map+ gas has high burning performance in the coldest of weather. Mapp gas gives a hotter flame than Propane. Combined with oxygen it can give a flame temperature of 2927°C.
- Each gas canister conforms to European Standard EN12205 and can be used with a variety of other brand torches with a CGA 600 connection.
