love them but size down if you order!
I have been in a jean rut and had been looking for slim cords in a dark brown when I found these. Unfortunately they seem to be very popular and It was really tough to find the color and size combo that I wanted. Normally I wear a size 2 or 4. I tried on some other prAna brand pants at a local store to be sure of my size before ordering, and I seemed to be between a 0 and 2. I also own a few prAna skirts and dresses, and I wear a 2 or medium in those, so being that these were slim pants, I went with the 2 thinking they would fit tight. Not so! They were much too large especially for a slim pant. Unfortunately I was unable to find my size and color combo anywhere on the internet, so I had my friend alter the pants for me. They still don't fit right in the waist (which we could not take in), resulting in a funny pucker around the crotch. Luckily they are dark enough that this is not very noticeable. The cord is an extremely soft fine wale and the chocolate is a beautiful, rich color. I Love the pants and wear them all the time but since I bought them at full price I really wish they were the right fit!

(They need to produce more styles in 00) These are the best fitting size 0s from Prana that I have ever ...
I purchased these for the upcoming climbing season. Bought in size 0/Tortoise. Normally Prana bottoms do not fit me as desired, since most styles run large for me. (They need to produce more styles in 00) These are the best fitting size 0s from Prana that I have ever tried on..they hug my waist and thighs, which is what I look for in a pant. They loosen up slightly with wear, but are very comfortable and look great.. I'm wearing them now! Good quality material and very flattering. However, I wore these to the gym the night I received them and they are not pliable enough to climb in, so I won't be hitting the gym or the rock in these.

A bit disappointed
I'm a bit disappointed in the quality of this fabric. I purchased two pair of Prana cords years ago and the corduroy was of a much thicker, more substantial quality. Those have held up great, but they are too big on me now so I thought I'd try these. I feel like this fabric will rip and/or wear out easily and it's not nearly as soft as the corduroy fabric Prana used to use. It has almost a papery/cardboard-like quality to it. Perhaps they'll get softer with washing.I do like the fit....I think. On me, the fit is more of the old "straight leg" fit than a skinny fit, which is okay because I find most skinny fits uncomfortable. I also don't think I could have sized down. I tried on the Bedford Canyon pant recently and was between a 2 and 4, but there was a huge jump down in size from the 4 to the 2. So, assuming Prana's sizing is consistent...the 4 is the right size for me. However, I did find myself tugging at them to pull them up as the day went on.

2nd of many more pairs!
Got my first prana trinity about 2 months ago and already I got another pair. I love the soft chord feel. The fit is great, skinny without being skin tight. I wear mine climbing mostly but I love I can go straight from climbing to dinner. As far as sizing it does stretch so beware. And I don't normally get girls clothing so I'm not sure if the sizes are bigger than they say or not since I have nothing to compare to. But i'm a 28inch waist, 5'3, 111lbs and the Size 2 def fits better than my last pair which is a size 4. The size 4 stretches to where the back hangs out. I have had no such problems with the size 2. It still hugs my waist even after a session. The color is a little bit muted than I expected but I like them. The length is definitely long for me tho, I'm 5'3 and I normally fold the hems up twice when I climb, and once when I'm just around town. Not really a big problem. Already thinking about getting another pair!

Stretch out
I love the color and style. They fit great if not a little tight at first but by the end of the day they were way stretched out.

Classy & stylish yet chic & funky
Very pretty and stylish pants. I am 5'7'' 120 and size 2 fit me so well. I don't usually wear cord pants because the velvet cotton fabric made my thighs looked bulky. This one is different; quality fabric and the color and print is classy yet chic and funky. Skinny leg but not super tight, which I like a lot. I could wear to the office, in the city, and also good for my outdoor activities. I haven't tried but can feel that this pants could be a great winter hiking and camping pants. I am just assuming but I might be wrong; this pants might not look good on women under 5' 3" (because of the flowery print and cord fabric).

Great slim fitting cords
For some reason, a lot of the corduroy pants out there are bulky and not skinny fitting, but these fit my needs, and I may order a second pair in another color. I got the tan while they were marked down so they were a great price. I love the way they fit and look, very slim and flattering. I have slender hips and thighs, at 5'3" and 128 pounds, and the 4 was just right, perfect length too. I sometimes take a 6 in very skinny pants, so I guess they are a little big since they fit in the lower end of my range. I wouldn't say they're a full size large, but if you're on the line on sizes as I am, you should probably go with the smaller size, IMHO.
