LifeProof LIFEACTÍV USB A-C Lanyard Cable - Retail Packaging - BLACK

So far, so good! Much more durable than the Apple Store cords and handy to boot. I often slide the lanyard over my wrist while walking on the beach; it also clips well on my sunglasses holder in my car so it doesn't fall on the floor while driving. I have been traveling more for work and no longer panic whether I packed a charging cable, especially when checking out of the hotel. It is always with me!

It’s a good cable! Well built, a bit short but that’s cool because it’s portable I love it except for one thing, it doesn’t fit the lifeproof I have for iPhone 6. You would assume that a life proof cable would be complable with the cases but it’s not, I was able to force it into the case and make it work but it made the threads on the headphone jack funky and now it’s really hard to unscrew.

It would be nice if it was pliable like an apple brand lightening cable and still braided. Other than the cable being stiff and catching on stuff if it hangs out your pocket. It is nice to have.

Item does what it’s supposed to do. Very stiff and a bit uncomfortable around the wrist, it’s a little bulky as well. Didn’t work for me personally but I gave it to my brother and serves him well.

I liked it until it broke off in my phone. It was being used occasionally and only had since September 2020. Now the window to return is closed so I have nothing. Bad purchase on my part.

I thought it was my error at first, as to why my USB C to C broke at first. But without my 90 day warranty, I decided to by this USB C to A for a replacement. I love the whole concept of this lanyard type but, it broke again in the same area. This was my third lanyard USB cord from LIFEPROOF LIFEACTIVE that I bought since my second replacement was stolen upon delivery.

This is a great cable. The only downside is the size of the plug housing. This cable is great to have when your phone is about to die, and you're not in your car, or around your charger. This is the best thing for travelers and to minimize your EDC items.

After about 2 months of moderate use the USB C end broke off while still in my phone's charger port. The cord is fine, but the USB C end is pretty flimsy and not very durable.

The cable may be waterproof when not in use and the ends of the cable in the cap but I was expecting that it would provide a waterproof seal when plugged into a lifeproof case which it doesn’t.. so I’m not really sure of the advantage of this over any other cable because in a wet environment the £14 cable may survive but the £1000 ipad in the case won’t... perhaps I’m missing something!!!!

Great addition to my case

This is a perfect, if maybe pricey, little gadget. A lanyard and charging cable all in one. Waterproof and super solid. Love the design. Super easy to attach to the Lifeproof Fre case. A great combination for adventurous trips where you want your phone to be safe and at hand, drop-proof, waterproof and charged up at all times.
