A word about grain free bread‘s. They are always very moist. So when you toast them you need to toast them on a low temperature to evaporate some of the moisture then toast again. On my toaster I use the #3 setting for grain free breads and toast while frozen. When the order arrived I immediately placed each slice on a sheet of waxed paper and stacked the sheets on top of each other on a cookie sheet and froze overnight. I froze them all completely then put them back in the bag that they came in and placed that bag in a gallon freezer bag and put them in the freezer. Each slice stays separated that way. Each slice will have a little bit of frost on it because the bread is very moist but it works and the coconut bread is perfect for making a grilled cheese sandwich just put the butter on it while frozen and grill it in your pan. Coconut bread also makes a really nice French toast, dip it in the egg while still frozen. My husband, who is very picky, really liked the seed medley. This is a good bread combo. The almond bread is very nice as well. If it bothers you that it doesn’t taste like regular wheat bread, and it never will, if you make something like a grilled cheese sandwich try using garlic butter or put some onion in with the cheese to give it some oomph. I like that I can make a sandwich with that and still stay low carb and use two slices of bread. Also nice not having to bake my own almond or coconut bread.

Edited review: After following directions and giving this bread every chance I have to tell you I did not like it. It freezes together like a rock so you can’t get a full slice off. It didn’t get moldy but wouldn’t really toast nice and crisp. And the flavor left a lot to be desired. I will not be buying this bread again. I threw it away.Old review: After reading several reviews I was concerned about the shipping time and mold issues. I contacted the seller and they responded the next day. They said the bread is baked and shipped the same day and I should freeze it immediately when I receive it. The three loaves arrived today (Almond, Coconut and Seed Medley) in good condition with no mold. The almond loaf is very crumbled, but the pieces are still big enough to toast. The box could have used a little more packing to keep these fragile loaves from getting banged around. I tasted the almond, toasted well with peanut butter and I it was good. It is very dense and filling with nice flavor. It's not Pepperidge Farm, but that is not what I wanted! I am looking forward to trying the other varieties and recipes.

I was a little disappointed with this product (bought trio). It has a strong smell, damp texture, and doesn't have much shelf life to it as it molded within two days. I froze two of the packages right away, which due to the dampness, it created a lot of ice on it. I had no choice but to toast the bread before eating it. Toasting helped take away some of the weird smell. As I appreciate the quality of the ingredients, and the flavor is better than the smell, it is not something I would order again.

It's ok, and will do in a pinch. However, it requires some serious toasting as the bread is a bit on the soggy side. I've come to the conclusion that Paleo and bread really aren't two words that should be used together. I'll eat this toasted or as croutons and bread crumbs but would never eat it for a cold sandwich. Admittedly, I'm new to this Paleo thing and haven't tried a lot of other breads so this might be the best thing out there. It's just not what I was hoping for.

We liked one flavor, the one with seeds much more than the others. We have Celiac so it's difficult to find sandwich bread we can eat. We are also sensitive to coconut, not allergic, but sensitive.Most people who cannot or don't want to eat wheat will probably enjoy most of the varieties of bread offered.However, these tiny loaves are about $8 each...wow!!! Extremely expensive.

Immediately upon receiving the Bread I put a piece a wax paper in between each slice and put the loaves into the freezer. Now I pop them out when I want a slice of toast or a sandwich and I’m all set. I eat a Keto diet and this bread is perfect. The seed bread is the heartiest/densest loaf. The almond loaf was a little on the dry side after toasting, but it wasn’t as bad as other companies I’ve tried. I’ll definitely buy again. In fact, I’ve already recommended it to my mom.

I noticed when I picked up the package at the post office that it was very heavy. The texture was very dense and heavy. I didn't care for the flavor and there was a nasty aftertaste. I couldn't eat more than a slice and half and threw the rest of the loaf away. I have not tasted the other two loaves.

I previously did a review and put 5 stars. The first loaf was the seed medley and it was amazing. When I finished that one, I tried the plain almond bread one and I couldn't eat it even after toasting. Just a bit of an odd taste. Maybe I didn't toast it enough. Going to order the seed medley one only because I lost weight when I ate it.
