FLARES PRO WIRELESS IN-EAR EARPHONES

As a fairly cynical person I find it difficult to believe the hype when reading reviews for products that are rated 5 star. Make no mistake though the quality of the sound these earphones kick out is second to none! The foam ear-tips do a fantastic job at isolating external sound and wind noise so much so that when you wear them indoors the only thing you can hear is your heart beating before playing anything through them. In wired mode the adaptor that you plug the earphones into can bare a little weight but that is my only criticism and in no way detracts from the overall quality. Very happy with these overall, they blow everything else out of the water at this price point (£199 paid).

I am not a hi-fi buff and claim no expert knowledge. I read reviews of these earphones and expected to experience something very special and I didn't. They definitely have a crisp clarity but that's where their attributes end for me. The music sounded thin with low mid tones and bass. In the end it boils down to how you feel about the overall sound experience and I can find a more pleasing sound in earphones costing £150 less. I obviously don't have "hi-fi ears" if all the reviews are to be believed. Very disappointed.

Bought these 'on a deal' but they were still expensive.I love my music and always enjoy treating it to some proper in-ear buds. My go-tos have been Ultimate Ears TripleFi 10s for years, but Bluetooth etc means I thought I'd try something new.Anyway - all I can say is, size aside (they're tiny) - they aren't a patch on the UETF10s. Not even close. In fact, my IE8s are better.So, I fear I basically will probably hardly ever use them - maybe when gardening or whatever. But they are unspectacular. Lack punch, lack detail, lack volume - just lacking.

I love these. Wouldn't normally spend this much on headphones but they were on offer nd by god I'm glad I did. I was using Onkyo eat buds which I was happy with but there is a noticeable improvement with these so you can see where the money goes. Thought the packaging though quirky was a little excessive though

I so wanted to love these and I did except they had issues connecting with my iPhone and became unusable. The quality of the sound is amazing, having had Bose in ears previously I was used to a very bass heavy sound and thought I may find this too crisp but they are spot on. You get a clarity coming through your ears that just isn’t there with the Bose headphones and this is then backed up with a nice punchy but not over the top low end. Sadly I began noticing glitches with the DAC and initially thought it was my streaming service but tested it with a phone source and it was still present l. The wireless connection to the headphones would drop off and on and became extremely frustrating to the point I returned them within the 30 day free trial. I can’t fault the returns policy and am glad I gave them a go just gutted they didn’t work with my iPhone X.

Was blown away by the quality of sound using these earphones - songs that I have heard for over 15 years sound completely fresh and new, with many details that I had never been able to notice before. I was a bit nervous given the price of them (far more than I've ever splashed out on earphones!), but although the wireless adapter sometimes cuts out when using Apple products, the battery life is remarkable compared to other products and the choice of earbuds really makes every listening experience unique.More importantly, I have been very impressed by the customer service of Flare. I had a bit of a faulty headphone jack, but after a quick chat with customer services Flare sent me a replacement headphone wire free of charge. I can't praise Flare highly enough - will definitely be buying all audio products from them in the future!

Like?.. Everything.. The box.. The headphones.. The Bluetooth... The sound!Dislike?... Nothing at all!Great product.

Fantastic sound. Very clean.Not bothered much with wireless as the dongle is a touch cumbersome. But sound quality offsets that.My Bowers P5s are being neglected

Die Flares Pro haben meinen Maßstab verändert. Kurz beschrieben: Eine Verpackung wie ein Raumschiff. Viel Zubehör, vom Bluetooth-Empfänger, über viele Satz Stöpsel (Gummi und Schaum), Kabel, Hardcover-Etui, Kabelführung für Over-Ear-Tragende.Die Flares sind sehr klein, Tragen kaum auf, sind extrem leicht und daher bequem.Der Klang ist überraschend frisch, dynamisch und kräftig. Sehr ausführliche und hochauflösende Höhen und der Bass ist tiefer als ich ihn so kleinen InEars jemals zutrauen würde. Die Teile rocken einfach und bringen auch den Schmelz einer spanischen Gitarre wunderschön rüber.Ähnliche Qualitäten kenne ich nur von Ditas "The Answer" zum dreifachen Preis und etwas weniger ausgeprägt, wenn auch doppelt so teurer wie die Flares: AKG N40.

Die Flares Pro wurden bisher für deutlich über 300 € verkauft. Selbst in der Preisregion wurden sie als "Überflieger" bewertet. Kristallklarer Klang, sehr transparent mit erstaunlicher Differenzierung der Instrumente. Sehr guter Bass jedoch ohne Überbetonung. Für alle Musikrichtungen geeignet.Aufgrund des exelenten verbauten DA-Wandlers und Verstärkers im BT-Empfänger klingen die Flares im kabellos-Modus noch besser.Geile Verpackung, viel Zubehör.Unbedingte Kaufempfehlung

E' vero che avevo letto tante recensioni entusiastiche, ma alla prova dei fatti si sono rivelate fantastiche sotto ogni aspetto:1. qualità audio strabiliante, sia con cavo che in versione wireless;2. il piccolo ricevitore è talmente leggero da sembrare "inesistente";3. estremamente confortevoli;4. molto curate in tutti i particolari (compresi custodia e punte copri auricolari).

Frenchement umpeut chere mais la qualite sonor est just exelente un des meilleurs ecouters que jai pue avoir la qualite de fabrication au top le cable a l'air fin mais c est tres solide faut pas non plu tirer comme un malade mais ca fait lagement laffaire , faire umpeut attention avec les les connectique quant on Passe du bluetooth au cable ne pas trop forcer . Pour le bluetouth l'autonomie est de 8h environ et on les fait largement meme en metant a fond .Le nomble d' embout fournis pour les oreilles est ouf . Ils sent confortable on les sent quasiment pas vrement tres leger et agreable a porter ils ne tombent jamais si on utilise les bon embouts .Petite pochette de transporte assez sympa car assez regide elle protege bien .

I love music.I’ve gone through several pair of headphones. On the wired side, I’ve got Bose noise canceling which I used primarily for traveling.. I only used wireless for working out. These included Bose sport and JBL Under Armour. While they were adequate for working out, the sound quality just wasn’t the same as my wired pairs.With my new iPhone X I was forced to look for hi fidelity solution. I’d been told about this uk brand with super hi fidelity earphones. While not inexpensive, I thought I’d give them a try.Sound: really the best I’ve heard including both wired and wireless. Incredibly pure with no artificial base. Very good breakdown between left and right ears and great range for both low and high notes.Design: lots of earpiece choices. I found a very comfortable set which created a perfect seal. Sound just appears inside your head. I was a bit worried about the wiring as it seemed thin but it turns out they are Kevlar material and withstand tugging very well. The Bluetooth unit has a clip so you can clip it to your t-shirt, collar, shirt pocket, hat etc. still working on figuring out where I prefer clip.Packaging:Nothing not to love. Really clever and cool looking.

This wasn't what I was expecting. If you read the reviews, you'd think it's the greatest ear buds in the world, the few reviews that are available.First off I'll say this, it's not a bad product. If you position the ear buds exactly correctly in your ear, you'll get insane HiFi audio, but shoving a product into my ear, then trying to position it and hopefully it stays in place, so I get the best quality of sounds was very time consuming and not worth it. If I held the product with my hands, forcing them into my ears, I actually got rich bass, and they sounded great, but I'd look really silly walking around with my hands up to my ears. They do give you 9 different ear pieces and hopefully one will resolve the need to hold them in place. Putting these rubber ear pieces onto the product is difficult with my shaky hands. They don't go on easy, you really need to push on them hard and hopefully you got all of it onto the ear bud.If they don't fit in just right, the sound is tinny, flat with no substance, there is no middle ground with this product.The Bluetooth module that the ear buds plug into is a nice size, you do get great range, but the length of the cord was way too short, I couldn't figure out where I was supposed to clip the little device too. If you were just wearing a T-Shirt, you'd have to clip it to the collar, which would be greatly uncomfortable. If you clipped it too far away, and turned your head, the ear buds would dislodge or come completely out. If you choose not to clip it, then you have this constant pulling feeling as the Bluetooth module keeps pulling at the ear buds, shifting them out of place and diminishing the sound quality of your music. The battery life of the Bluetooth module wasn't very impressive, I got maybe 5 hours total. For its size and weight, I expected more.I used Tidal HiFi for my sound listening experience.For $299, I expected a lot more than what I got. I just wanted to share my experience with this product and why I returned in less than 48hrs later.

These Headphones are the best Bluetooth headphones I have heard, but they do have a few flaws.Pros:+Amazing sub-bass. These things go low!+Large Variety of Tips+Bluetooth Module is light, buttons are solid, and the connection is excellent+Being able to switch from wired to wireless easily+Extreme Clarity, instrument separation is excellent+Excellent battery life and connection strength+Takes advantage of HiFi sources. I can definitely tell the difference when streaming FLAC from Tidal vs. Regular iTunes.+Extremely good price right now.Cons:-Very sensitive to fit. The difference between a perfect fit and one that is even slightly off is massive. When using the silicone tips, I sometimes had to spend several minutes putting them back in over and over trying to get a good fit and good sound-Not sweat resistant. Do not work out in these. I could see condensation forming on the inside of the tips just from wearing them outside when it was humid.-With the silicone tips, I experienced a lot of sibilance. Switching to the foam tips got rid of it, but also lowered the punch of the bass a hair.-Needs a good source to really bring out the difference. Tidal HiFi streaming is almost a must.-Very expensive once this sale ends.

I've had about 8 different in-ear and headphones including the high end Sennheiser ie 800. The Flares Pro lacks some of the bass and low end clarity of the Sennheiser however and is a more forward and engaging sound. It is probably inherently emphasizing some of the mid-range frequencies. The wireless portion with the built in DAC was close to the sound I had with wired sound and the Dragonfly DAC (lossless files). All in all a very good value for the money and I would as a lifelong audiophile recommend them for the sound.The reason for the rating is the customer service. I had a problem with an intermittent cable just outside of the 90 day warranty. You have to pay the international shipping costs to get them repaired also endure the time that it takes to get them back to you. I would not buy this earbud if you are in the US.

excellent quality - it's an unusual (and highly flexible) configuraiton, but both the Bluetooth and wired have much better sound quality than other wired or wireless earbuds

Love these. Sound is great. Wish it had a little clip to attach to your shirt but otherwise great.

I love them! My first choice for listening to music.
