We don't often leave reviews for products but we are so pleased with the rechargeable FoodVille Milk Frother and the company's customer service, we wanted to share our experience. ( You will find some tips at the end of our review). First of all, it is a very powerful frother with 3 speeds. Since it is rechargeable and holds a strong charge for a month or more depending on how frequently we use it, and we use it several times a day, we no longer need to spend the money on batteries as we did with our old frother. Until we switched to the FoodVille frother, we had been using the PowerLix Milk Frother for two and a half years going through numerous ones that failed after only two to six months. The motor would just give up the ghost for no apparent reason. We kept with that product because we got a couple of free replacements and it was the most powerful one we could find (as long as we kept fresh batteries in them). Even though we recycle our batteries, for monetary and environmental reasons, we cringed at the frequency we had to change the batteries in the PowerLix frother. We finally got fed up with PowerLix when the last two we bought both failed within the first week. There are so many differently named frothers that look just like the PowerLix and probably come from the same factory, that we wanted something completely different. The FoodVille Milk Frother fit the bill. Now, what we are about to write may sound like a negative at first but ultimately it is not. Our first FoodVille Milk Frother had a flaw. The shaft inside the opening that the frother wand and mini-whisk attach to was slightly off-center causing a wobble when used. Despite this, the overall design and the power of the frother on the medium and especially the high setting are so good that it froths well anyway. If the PowerLix wand mentioned above was not well balanced and straight, it was almost impossible to froth our Bulletproof coffee. The frother would vibrate too badly and the power (rpms), though stronger than some frothers out there, was not powerful enough to overcome the problem. Even though the first FoodVille Milk Frother works well despite the flaw, like most people, we wanted a perfect item for our money. We contacted customer service at FoodVille and Elisa got back to us right away offering to send two new frother wands and two new mini-wisks for our trouble. We were out of town for a short trip and didn't respond for a couple of days so Elisa checked back in with us. When we got back to her via email letting her know that we accepted her offer, she had her company send them out immediately and we received them promptly. When we tried out the new attachments, we had the same issues as before. When we examined the frother even more carefully, wondering what was wrong, we realized the shaft inside the small hole of the body that the frother and mini-whisks attach to was slightly off center. Elisa had emailed to find out if we had received the attachments and if the problem had been resolved. We responded with what we thought was the ultimate problem and included pictures. She again got back to us right away and offered a gift card code to buy a replacement on Amazon. We received a new FoodVille Frother and it works perfectly well! The old FoodVille Frother, though a little noisier and little wobblier than our new one, is still working well. We want to point this out because, even with the flaw, our first FoodVille Milk Frother works a lot better than any of our PowerLix Frothers ever did. We are very pleased with FoodVille and Elisa at FoodVille's customer service. P.S. When you first receive your FoodVille Milk Frother, it should already have a charge though we charged ours some more using our iPhone brick. Any USB brick should work. Also, make sure to read the directions carefully about how to attach the frother wand and the mini-whisk to the body of the frother. In addition, there is no need to change out the attachment if you mainly use one attachment like we do. We leave the frother attachment on at all times. We clean it by spraying the frother wand with cleaner, turn the frother on and hold the wand attachment in running water in the sink. We are just careful not to let the main body of the frother get wet in the running water. This method only takes a few seconds. If we use the frother for more than just Bulletproof style coffee and it needs more thorough cleaning, we use a soapy sponge and/or turn it on and put the wand attachment in a glass of soapy water.

This is my number one friend, every morning I use it to mix my coffee with chocolate and a little sugar, forget the spoon! I bought it originally to mix my protein shake and it works great too because of the two different mixers. Great product! I had others in past that were not sturdy at all, this is everything is supposed to be AND you can adjust the speed! Also, customer service from the seller is really good, they answer your inquiries with the best treatment! Definitely is worth your money, I had it for a year now and still working perfectly, the charge lasts ages! My fav!

I’ve owned several battery powered frothers over the years but they were never powerful enough. Enter the FoodVille MF02 Rechargeable Milk Frother! This thing is a beast. Super powerful with its 3 speeds. The lowest speed setting is what I use the most and the battery lasts a long time. Looks great and appears to be quite durable. We’ll see how it lasts but the company did extend my warranty to 2 years so that’s a great value.

This milk frother is definitely an upgrade from my old one that stopped working. It is rechargeable and comes with a stand. There is a whisk, that I have not used yet and the milk frother, that I use everyday. What I really love are the three different speeds. I'm able to stir my bulletproof coffee, and then kick it up and get a wonderful foam on it. I also use it when I make matcha tea and it does a great job.

Boring stuff first - for transparency, I was contacted by the seller and asked if I would like to receive a gift certificate to be used to order this product in exchange for testing and an honest review. This was the first time anyone has offered such an opportunity, so If course I said "yes!" That said, They did not ask for a positive review, just for my honest, and that I will share, the good as well as some things that could be better. This is a great little frother. It arrived well packaged and fully charged. The whisking attachment works great, and I have had no issues with it. The frother has three speeds, but I never need to go past the first one to get a nice thick froth, or even whip a small bit of cream for my coffee in just a couple of seconds. The double row of springs really does make a difference in the efficiency compared to others I have used. Now, trying the whisking attachment was a comedy of errors. There is definitely a learning curve with that thing. So much so , that I began to look for hidden cameras, wondering if I was secretly being filmed for Americas Funniest Home Videos, or the latest "Fails" viral sensation. Let me first clarify that most of these were user error, and not the fault of the product. I share only to stop this from happening to you. The instructions clearly tell you to not fill the container more than 1/3 to 1/2. This was fine for frothing. But for something thick like eggs and using the whisk, you also need the container to be TALL. Why, you may ask? Because the first time I attempted to scramble two eggs in a cereal bowl (far less than 1/3 full), as soon as I stuck the whisk in the bowl, it was scene right out of "The Blob." The eggs swirled round and round and flung up and over the sides of the bowl faster than a speeding bullet. And the kept moving from the counter to the floor, on my coffee pot, everywhere. And since the only way to turn the whisk off is by pushing the button two more times (faster, and faster again, and finally off) I had an eggy mess all over. My bad. Attempt #2: Bigger bowl. Since the bowl was bigger, I had to tilt it to make the eggs deep enough to whisk, which brought them precariously close to the top edge...am I really this dense? Apparently I am. Big mess again. I, quite literally, had egg on my face. Attempt #3 was finally a success. I used a nice tall mixing CUP and managed to whisk up the fluffiest eggs ever in a matter of seconds. Moral of the story - don't use a bowl when whisking eggs...use something like a measuring cup when whisking thick stuff. Things that would be nice to have: A stand. I've had other models of milk frothers that came with a stand. This frother DOES stand upright by itself, which is nice. But I think it would be nicer to be able to hang it upside down so that the frothing head does not drip down onto the unit after use or washing it. Also, since this comes with two different heads, a stand that could hold everything together would be a very nice upgrade. Or an optional accessory. Also, while this does come with a usb cord, it does not have the actual charger. You need to either plug this in to a computer or another usb charging adapter. Not a big deal in this house since we have them laying around. But if you don't have one, keep that in mind. Last, it would be nice if the on/off control was separate from the speed control. It's not user-friendly to cycle it through two faster speeds (AFTER you have already reached frothy perfection) just to turn it off. This would be a 5 star frother if it weren't for this issue, but this is too annoying to overlook. Changing from one attachment to the other hasn't been a problem for me. At first, I wasn't sure if I had it in all the way because some of the springy part of the stem was still showing, but I didn't want to force it, and it worked fine. I've only had it about a week, so time might tell a different story, but the manufacturer claims that they will replace those for free if they do get damaged during the process of changing the attachments. Time will tell, and if there is a future problem, I will update this review. Overall, I am very happy with this for now, and I have used it very day since it has arrived. I don't know how often I'll be using it on eggs (LOL), but for my coffee and chai drinks, this is a winner.

Customer service is superb. This company has a 2 year guarantee for this particular milkfrother. My milkfrother stopped working after daily use for a year. I messaged them through Amazon and received a replacement within a few days.
