Panasonic NNST676S Genius Mid-Size Microwave Oven, Stainless Steel

I love it! Works better than I thought. Fits into the space I needed.Some of the features I didn't know about but the reheat feature is great! Heats through and through without overheating the food.Well worth the money!

Needed a new one, have always had a genius, love the sensor heat, stops the oven splatters,it was a great price on Amazon prime days

This microwave has stronger, improved, faster cooking speed, so previous meals are cooked much faster. Only problem was the 30 second button and the start button finish crinkled and wrinkled up. I had to cut the French replacement squares for these frequently used buttons 😡

I am a big fan of Panasonic and was replacing a 10 year old Panasonic countertop microwave. I was hoping for a white one to match the dishwasher but the black looks fantastic. The exterior and interior sizes are perfect, as is the power. Easy to use controls and beautiful interior is easy to clean. The website stated a grey interior which wasn't really what I wanted, but I received a light-coloured interior which was what I actually wanted - so awesome!!! An excellent purchase. No dents or damage, the package was pristine and delivery was within expected timeframe, so thank you to everyone involved in processing the order. The vent is on the left which allows me to have my oven mitts on the right side between the wall and the unit. The plug shape is a teardrop (grounded) which is different than my old one. Very happy and would recommend.

I have read the other reviews. Several have noted that the keypad appears to be poorly made as the "plastic" has ripped or bubbled. This "plastic" is the shipping protection. It needs to be removed. The manual says to use some tape at the corner to pull, but I got mine off by using a fingernail at the corner. Once this shipping protection is removed, the keypad is hard and durable plastic.I bought this oven to replace a very expensive item that didn't seem to be performing well. I am astounded at the improvement in cooking speed and how evenly distributed the heating is. There do not appear to be overcooked and undercooked areas. For example, I cook bacon - 4 slices - on a microwave safe plate. On my old machine the two slices on the outside got cooked and the middle two did not. On this oven all four were cooked evenly .The "Inverter" technology is important. Most microwaves provide "power levels" by turning full power on and off. For example 20% power is created by using full power for 20% of the time and no power for 80%. The Inverter method reduces the power to 20% and uses the 20% level all the time.My only criticism is that the silver coloured bar at the bottom of the front screen - including the open door button - shows finger prints.One other hint - setting the units to Imperial (default) or Metric can only be done once when the machine is first plugged in. Subsequent changes are not possible. However, if the machine is unplugged for 30 seconds or so you can start over and make an adjustment.

Ordered this from Amazon on a Monday and received it on Wednesday of the same week. That’s good service. We had a different make and model previous to this that gave up the ghost after ten years. Had read lots of reviews on this Panasonic and felt it was a good fit for our needs. And it hasn’t disappointed us, it’s a lot faster and much more efficient than what we had prior. Very happy with it, it’s quieter during operation and also when cycles are complete the beep tones are much softer and not annoying. After three weeks of use we are more than happy with this microwave. Does everything it says it’s supposed to do. Great value for money!
