Excellent, but patience is needed!
I ordered this along with the floor! I was advised by email they would arrive on a Monday. The floor arrived on a Thursday while I was out! Unfortunately this seemed to cause problems with the courier! After about 6 phonecalls, and constantly being told the floor had not been scanned back into the warehouse, I was advised that due to the 'missed' delivery, a 'hold' had been put on the entire gazebo! Not impressed to be honest. After we had finally got round to a delivery day, it was all good and delivered on the correct day, on time! The gazebo itself is lovely. Looks amazing in the corner of my garden.....BUT, it is the fiddliest thing EVER to put together...especially the roof!It comes supplied with straps to tie it together, however, a word to the wise, please where possible use cable ties. They are easier, stroger and look neater. Mine is about half cloth straps and half cable ties.Trial and error!Right, roof....it has to go on in one piece after you have tightened it up to a point. It took 3 of us to lift it on and alot of sweating and swearing to attach it...hence the reason for the cable ties....the cloth straps are virtually impossible to push through the tiny gaps in the willow. This really is my only gripe apart from the hiccup in delivery!I would still recommend this gazebo, it is relatively lightweight but strong and light and airy, and has already stood up to strong winds, heavy rain and leaves on the roof!

not made for scottish weather
This is lovely in the summer when first bought, but as soon as winter comes the wood gets weak with rain and can blow down in wind, not suitable for all year round in scotland

Good looking and quite sturdy
Arrived quickly, well packaged and went together quite easily until it came to the roof - really need 4 adults to get it on and fastened - not sure how the top cap is supposed to stat on?Once assembled it is reasonably sturdy and looks really nice in the garden, not waterproof (obviously being wicker), but be aware the first time it is subjected to rain there is a degree of 'dirt' that gets flushed through and will dirty anything in the gazebo, but once this initial flush-through, it's fine.

Very poor quality
I bought this gazebo 2 years ago (2015) to replace an identical one in the corner of my cottage garden. I must say it looked absolutely beautiful for 18 months and then one day, seemingly overnight, it collapsed. As in...the willow fell to bits, the roof caved in & it is now propped up with bits of wood to stop it collapsing altogether. Its a lot of money to pay for a product which only last 18 months. The previous, identical gazebo which was in place when we bought our house had been there for at least 6 years. As this is a holiday home I've ordered a replacement today as it features in all our holiday pictures. I'm hoping the quality issue we've had was a 'one off'. We shall see. While it was in good shape it was a beautiful gazebo & looked fantastic in our cottage garden. It was a pig to erect though - you need at least 2 people to put it together and a lot of patience

Beautiful but sadly short lived ....
This is just from my own personal experience ....... Sadly my gazebo had become very brittle and unfortunately, on a blustery day it crumpled. I was mortified !! As I absolutely loved it as it looked beautiful in my garden, which now looks empty.... but I would not purchase another as know it wouldn't last so not worth the money even in my sheltered garden. It has been up throughout the year and I know the idea is that you can 'store' it over winter. I don't have the space to store it and I'm sure many other people don't either and I do not believe it states it should not be left out. I did treat it as advised to help preserve it, You need to watch the ties as they are made of webbing and you will need to tighten them periodically as mine became loose and rotted which I think didn't help the stability ! Mine lasted about two years, the roof went first, managed to save that, but it came to a sad end just before christmas. Is a beautiful gazebo, but not quite the perfect purchase I thought, sadly. I am not saying don't buy one, just be extremely careful with it and don't expect to get years out of it.

erection !!
Its easy to put up if you're 12 feet tall and have 6 feet long arms !! It recommends two people to put it together, but I think three or more would take the cumbersomeness, ( is that a word) out of it. However, it looks great and i'm very pleased.

Love it. Can mostly be assembled by one person ...
Very grateful to previous reviewers as their remarks helped to make the decision to buy. Love it. Can mostly be assembled by one person but needed help with the roof. Looks good and would recommend getting the floor
