Tannoy TS2.8 Subwoofer (Walnut)

Looks good and sounds good. Its big but then a sub with woofer and radiator is going to be big.Not a fan of the auto on/off as it was reacting a fraction too slow but in always on it brilliant. Deep, rich bass that shakes the floor.

Using in smallish room, 15ft x 20ft or so. With Dali 2 spektor speakers on a Marantz amp. Dalis needed the subwoofer oomph. Higher frequencies crystal clear with now good bass fill. Subwoofer needs setting, volume carefully. Two person task on some respects. One to twiddle and one to listen. Very good results.

Nice design and sounds very good for the price. Has extended the low end to the Monitor Audio Bronze 2 speakers I use and my vinyl albums now have that added punch I wanted.

Well, where shall I start with this sub, after trailing online through some blogs and AV forums originally, I was going to go for the Wharfedale SW150, but my friend who had these finally convinced me to give this ago. Firstly, build quality and aesthetics are top notch! especially for the entry level price... the drivers are a little smaller, but it still packs a punch. I have rarely had to move the base anything more than a 1/3. I have it placed under my WFH desk have them paired with my Jamo 801's as a 2.1 set up. I have had it for a few months now and really beginning to enjoy it, just be careful not to annoy the neighbours.

Great sub for the cash. So good I bought 2 of them. Small size with big sound. Easy to set up in my 5.2 system with my Yamaha receiver.

Very good subwoofer

Very limited testing so far but looks really nice and has plenty of power for a 5m x 4m lounge.... Needs trimming right down as is very overpowering at higher volume.
