Very good product. I am able to take it by spoon with breakfast. I recommend this product and hope to always see it available at Whole Foods.

I thought it would possibly help for my dry eyes, but I did not see an improvement. Taste okay.

consider also finding flax ground. it goes well with oatmeal, berries, etc.sometimes combine the ground flax and the flax oil and it seemsto 'work'. (also gets some that bitter taste of the flax oil dampened).pros:superfood for Om-3 *Omega 3'sa non-fish way to get Om-3 into your nutritionone TBSP serving sizealternatives:consider also EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)uses:consider adding to salads, etc.considerations:one 'secret' is to put this into tomato sauce after it cooked, or even in cold salsaas a way to get in there, smooth out your sauce.have used EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) in hummus in the past.added this to some fresh homemade smashed garbanzo beans /chick peas.add lemon juice and tahini and parsley. the oil is smoothing out the flavor.if it gets too bitter, consider:*sea salt*lemon*tomato , v8 (or homemade)even pizza which contains cheese is great drizzled with this /maybe the tomato and cheese rounds it outand hides the flavor.didn't cook with this..consume it coldcons:requires refrigeration (out o sight , out of mind)...store it with other foods you will be sure to eat dailythat you can combine with the flax oil.I like the larger bottle size , Versus, 8oz.flax oil, in general, has a bit of a 'bitter' taste/aftertaste.YMMV

I give it to my dog every day. Good for coat and inmune system.
