The water feature was a present for my wife & she is delighted as am I.nice looking water feature with pleasant tinkling sound just right for our courtyard garden.Very please with quick delivery & easy assembly. The solar feature is perfect (no wires) & it looks great!Many thanks

We love it! One star off for slashing price a week after buying!
The media could not be loaded. Auntie and I bought for my disabled mum. Best thing ever bought for her. Can move it around garden, she's always wanted a water feature! Only real irritation is that Amazon a few days later have smashed the price to the floor. We could have saved £43 and some change had we ordered a week later. Kinda sticks in one's throat. But lovely birdbath and fountain.

Water Feature purchased after 1 week the top of it is peeling !
Hi got this water feature a couple of weeks ago for my husband’s birthday!After one week outside in the garden the top of it has started peeling!Tried to get in touch with both Amazon and Primrose but no response from either of them !!Not sure what my next step is but will take this further!!!!!!

Fountain heads not appropriate for size of bowl.
Very disappointed with functionality of this item. If I use the fountain heads that came with it (3) water shoots over the lower bowl, therefore, emptying the fountain. The on off control is very stiff and it’s a bit hit and miss. The fountain operation is very erratic, stop & starts. Apart from that it looks very nice.

I have had my feature about 9 months ago put the pump away for the winter . I have just got it out and it does not workI have tried everything but it still won't go I really liked it till now

Bird Bath Fountain
Initially when I first received this item and put it together , which incidentely you don't need to be a rocket scientist to do, I had to return the solar panel due to malfunction. The replacement was swift by amazon. Alas once completed the cold snap came in but I have managed to see the fountain lit in all its full glory.But for obvious reasons I have had to drain the fountain, remove the pump & panel due to freezing conditions.I leave the panel in sunlight daily keeping it topped up and I look forward to again seeing this working when the weather tempt. rises.

Water Feature excellent
The product did very much what it's advert claimed and was easy to put together. I might give a 5 star verdict when I have longer experience.
