Cheap Junk, Stay Clear Of
Pretty rubbish - deffinitely not worth the asking price on here. It's slow, annoying - has absolutely zero instructional messages for the operator on the other side if they haven't been told what to do (press 5 on the keypad to activate two-way conversation, which is stated *only* in the manual), which means two-way communication cannot be easily established and just plays a recorded message over - thus consequentially ; adding emergency services to the call roster is a glorious waste of time and will do nothing but potentially aggravate the operator. Cheap chinese junk over-marketed and over-priced. Plus, if the person using the device is not physically near the the telephone - thus near the main unit, they cannot hear any instructions or conversation being passed over to them! If you have a timely old relative that has this device, they have an accident in the garden for example... they press the 'panic' button on the pendant. Good luck to them. They won't have a scooby anything is even happening, they can't hear the operator - have no clear indication help is on the way, just a silly LED light flashes whenever they press the button and that's it to them. As for the operator; they get a silly pre-recorded message without having ANY idea what has happened, unless the user gets to the main unit. Unless they have an accident by the telephone, it's otherwise useless. Very useless. One more thing also; if they press it by ACCIDENT and they have no idea they pressed it (easily done in the night etc) well, good luck to the operator because again, you have NO idea what is actually going on other than a crap pre-recorded short message and your phone just going off constantly. One more extra reason you wouldn't ever put emergency call out services on the call roster list. Junk. Stay clear of it.

Disappointed
Disappointed with the state this item arrived in. It was obviously a returned product as the wires around the power cables were undone in the bottom of the box and there was already a recorded message placed. There was no set up instructions in the box so it took me a lot of effort and time to find out how to set up. Not 100% happy with the product but am going to have to keep it as I am travelling home today leaving my elderly mum on her own so haven't got time to change product.

Direct contact with one of 3 supporters at touch of button
Robust quality product with positive-action buttons, easy to combine with house phone line. Simple to set up, tho' leaflet could be more informative. E.g., whether each supporter phone can be individually checked for operation and what the purpose is of the unlabelled 'Help' button. A longer period than 6 seconds ought to be given for alarm message recording. Lanyard call buttons somewhat sensitive and can give false alarms unless kept free of accidental pressures, tho' in emergency this feature might be life-saving! Overall very good product needing slight tidying up. VAT exemption for qualified sufferers a nice cherry on the top of an already good price. Highly recommended.

Easy to set up and use.
Purchased this for my mum for peace of mind when she is on her own. Really easy to set up. Two emergency call buttons included which was good. I think this is good value for money and provides an extra level of support and peace of mind for both the user and family members.

Lifesaving Device
This product has been great. My elderly relative keeps his button attached all the time while he's home alone, and I've been able to rescue him twice now, thanks to being alerted via this machine. Without it, he could've been on the floor for days possibly, without anyone realising. I feel happy that I have this alert system to help with peace of mind.

An excellent Product.
I bought this for my 92 year old mother-in-law to use. It was easy to set up & covers the whole 3 bedroom house so far as I can tell. The instructions were clear. So far she hasn't used it, which is the acid test, so until it does in a real emergency i can only award 4 stars
