I bought this product because I thought it was a really innovative way of mopping the floor. No more buckets and excess water usage.Unfortunately the first problem I encountered was assembly. The instructions are far from adequate as I had a small piece of plastic and a spring to attach but have no idea where it is supposed to go!Secondly the claims made about it not leaking aren’t true. Every time I filled the bottle and tried to fit it, I was left with water leaking all over the place.Finally, I contacted the customer services team and was met with a very unfriendly and unhelpful response. Because I had failed to make contact with them for technical assistance within a 30 day period, I was told that they couldn’t help me - absolutely shocking!I can safely say that I will not be purchasing anything from this seller again and neither will I recommend their products to my family and friends.

I use it for my kitchen/dining room which has wooden flooring. I didn’t want to have water on the wooden floor. I also think it is good for a quick wash of floor tiles to brighten up.

Makes cleaning the floors so much easier... wish I had purchased one year's ago

Initially I thought this was a really good mop, however three weeks in it starts leaking causing all the fluid in the storage container to drain away. I contacted seller and they will not replace or refund as it was a day over the 21 day return policy.

Bad fitting it together

This mop was easy to assemble and a really nice colour. I use it on my laminate flooring and its very light weight and easy to move about. The cleaning head is attached by velcrow so is easy to remove when it needs washing. Would highly recommend.

Really hard to get the liquid compartment into the holder part.
