Whilst the sound-bar itself gives off great sound this is just pathetic
From day one this Sub was as quite as a church mouse.Whilst the sound-bar itself gives off great sound this is just pathetic.At the deepest base sounds of a film/song you get a quite rumble and some vocal sound coming from the speaker but its so very quite.At "normal" sounds in a film/song...hardly a dickie bird.Tried to contact Azatom customer services via email several times over the year...nothing.As this unit was supposed to help give my daughter who is blind with CP and wheelchair bound a base vibration as well as sound experience in the wooden sensory room I have built for her I am deeply disappointed.I rarely give very bad reviews but the poor equipment and very poor customer service leave me no choice sadly.
