PhD Woman Meal Replacement, Strawberry Delight, 770 g

This is the third time I've bought this product. I find it filling and like the flavour. I enjoyed it a lot more before I read other reviews describing it as having a 'slimy texture'. Now you come to mention it......Still, overall, would buy again.

Nice taste better with soya milk and banana mix up and put in flask , stays nice and coldFills you up for a few hours , definitely feeling leaner

I've been using phd meal replacement for over 2 years now. And have been loving it! They keep me energised in days I cant eat breakfast, due to work. The only flavour I like is strawberry. In lieu of that I ordered this. Honestly this just doesn't seem like the original PhD I've been having. It tastes more like raspberry and even the consistency looks different. Should have just bought from their website.

Loved it as much as one can love a powdery meal replacement drink. I'm only using half of the recommended powder dose (using one scoop per 300ml water), otherwise it is way too sweet, it's like a sweetener bomb. It works so far. I use it while I'm at work to replace breakfast and lunch (so, two meals daily), and have lost 15kg in about 6 weeks, so yes, it works, but only if you don't eat rubbish when you are not drinking the shakes. I stick to a low carb diet in the evenings and over weekend as well.

Why, why, why did PHD change this formula? It was so nice before, all the flavours were. It was filling and had just the right texture and sweetness. Now it's absolutely revolting and I'm really annoyed that I have a number of full tubs of the new version that will go to waste. Even trying to add extra sweetener doesn't help. The texture is now gross and the oats or whatever is used for thickness overpowers the entire taste. It tastes like drinking something that went off a long time ago and it lingers in the mouth for much longer than I'd like. I can see why PHD wanted to make this change but surely just adding an additional product option to their line would've been better than forcing this foul-tasting change of formula on their loyal customers. Bad move.

Tastes amazing. Does not always fill me up- so drink slowly to help fill the stomach.

Excellent taste and easy to blend.

I’d never buy this again it has a very unpleasant and very sweet aftertaste.
