I have respiratory issues and did my research to find the best air purifier for my 750 sq ft apartment. The purifier arrived on time was easy to set up and get going. There is a companion app that allows control from your cell phone, however, I got an error message that the app was not updated yet for my (Samsung 10+). The controls were pretty easy so it was not a big deal.The air purifier seemed to work very well for about two months and then inexplicably the PPM display never changed. Door open/closed, dogs in the house, or out of the house, etc.. previously the ppm changed with the environmental conditions. The troubleshooting manual provided no help. I cleaned the filter, changed the filter, and cleaned the purifier inside and out. I have since sent it back, for a replacement because anyone can get a bad unit. Beware when you return this unit because since it was not shipped by Amazon, I had to pay for the shipping.If it comes back with no problems I will update this review.

I love that you can set it to automatically filter the area. We have a new kitten and when he comes whizzing. It automatically turns on. Just what we were looking for.

I now own three of these air cleaners. A neighbor with a fireplace sends the smoke into my house and it burns my eyes and throat. I’ve spaced these air cleaners throughout and it is amazing at cleaning the smoke out. I love it.

My major complaint is that the unit stopped working after two weeks, and I had to pay $172 dollars to ship it back, insured, by UPS as required. Original cost was around $350. A defective product should be replaced without the customer paying exorbitant shipping. I would not purchase again from Allergy Buyers Club for this reason alone. The unit was reasonably quiet in the low-output bedtime” mode. Otherwise fairly noisy. Customer support individuals, when I originally called regarding the inoperative unit, were quite pleasant and helpful.

Don't purchase! The company has moved 2 times and is ghosting customers!!!!!! Product reviews show good reviews. Shipping container allowed the device to be crippled inside and all broken. So I can't tell if it's worth the money spent. I called the numbers on the website, looked them up on BBB and they have bad reviews. Tech support listed on the website doesn't respond. I waited 2 days before returning.

I did not order my unit through Amazon, but I LOVE this unit! I barely notice any noise unless it is on high or turbo - even then it is quiet compared to other air purifiers I have used. The automatic mode is super handy and I love the ease of use. The design of the unit is not an eye sore at all, it blends well with my decor in any room. The roundish shape also makes it easy to "hide" without hindering it's effectiveness. This unit has done wonders to help remove allergens, odors, and pet dander. With active children and three pets, I truly notice the difference. Please note that the filters are shipped in a separate box, but are so simple to install. On the subject of filters, I have used this unit for 8 months and not yet needed to change the filter. I hope I can get a year out of it. The site says 6-12 months on the filters, or as needed. The filter prices for the Quiet Pure Home are a great value when considered against comparable purifiers, which, in my opinion, adds to the value of this unit. Filter changes are very much related to air quality and use.
