Ingredients = Great, Sour Apple Flavour = Avoid.
Sour Apple Flavour is horrendous. Was expecting a clean, crisp, candy type apple flavour but is instead is a bit sickly. The ingredients themselves are great, good caffeine content, optimal bcaa dose & right amount of carbonation.

Easy to drink and great energy
Really effective as a convenient pre workout can if you are out and about and forget to mix your pre....I also use one when I'm lagging a bit in the mid aft as I get tons of energy without the aspartame and acesulfame k I get in red bull or nasties like monster...taste is good too, not sickly or over sweet...easy to drink
