I should have listened
This product is crap overall. It just doesn't work as advertised--the water flow is just too low and soft. The purchase process was also horrible. Do yourself a favor and believe these two bad reviews. It will save you a chunk of change. To be fair, the product construction is good, it just doesn't work if you want a strong spray. Almost anything is better sadly. Total waste of time and money. I bought it from the manufacturer/distributor and it took them 6-8 weeks to get it to me.

One of the best purchases ever!
We have owned this item for approximately 5 years. I cannot stand showers with low water pressure, as I have long, thick, hair. I dread having to take a shower in a hotel! When we moved to our last house, the water pressure was extremely poor. I went online to search for a solution, and took a chance on this shower head. The price IS a bit on the steep side, but I hated the poor water pressure enough to spend the money on this.I LOVE this thing. I am quite surprised that the other two reviewers disliked it so much! It makes rinsing my hair much more efficient. We opted for the model with the longer hose, to make it easier to wash our dogs. My sister also purchased one, after falling in love with mine.Besides the high price, there is only one other con I can think of. This shower head is not the best for short people or kids, because you want your head to be within 4-6 inches of where the water comes out. The water comes out in a cone shape, so a kid can practically stand in the center and the water will fall around them. It is hard to explain, but I hope that makes sense!

A $20 shower head works just as well.
This was a disappointing purchase. I replaced a $20 shower head from Home Depot, hoping for an increase in pressure. The $20 head worked far better. Don't believe the marketing. The product is cheap plastic and does not improve pressure in any way.
