Amazing product! It has been a workhorse on set. The noise cancellation has been effective in loud environments. The range is good. I’m able to communicate on set. It is essential for Steadicam use. The build quality is really good! There are a lot of features that help a lot on set. They also feel very comfortable. There are headsets that aren’t as comfortable to wear all day. The design is slick. The batteries last a very long time as well. It comes with enough batteries to last you as long as you need it to. They charge faster than they discharge while in use. Amazing product and happy to have them! Highly recommend it

I’m new to the headset world coming from the Motorola radio world. In the past I haven’t been the biggest champion of wearing a headset on my head all day, but I can honestly say after using these headsets on two full production days I forgot it was on my head and using them was completely natural. They have a great range and amazing battery life! These headsets will be my go to option for my smaller budget productions just to stay connected to my crew.

upon setting it up I found the product not only did not connect to Microsoft Teams, it does not connect to a computer or phone. The set is useless to me. $1300 down the drain! I searched Amazon for "Microsoft teams wireless headset" and this was the first set that came up. The product looks great with added intercom capabilities. It also had great reviews so I spent big bucks to purchase it for my team. I am very disappointed that: 1) Amazon search came up with this product as a top candidate 2) the product description does NOT say that it does not connect to a phone/computer. It should be clear that this is ONLY for headset-to-headset communications. 3) The reference to Bluetooth I feel is bogus too. The only Bluetooth device it will connect to is another headset in the kit. 4) I cannot return the product even though it was never used because it took me a bit more than a month to open the box and set it up. I went away on vacation and the product was delivered while I was gone.

I really wanted these to work out. Very comfortable, nice features. We needed them for Pyrotechnics communicationsat football games. Unfortunately the headsets lost signal if not line of sight. Distance was from two story roof to ground directly below. Since not direct line of sight, signal broken badly. Item returned for refund.

Product seems to work as advertised for our church camera operators. Shipping was delayed and in “who knows” land but eventually arrived a week late.

The range is incredible, it is comfortable for a few hours, the battery’s last long. Technically a great product. Just had a small issue with the charging station…

I recently purchased the Hollyland Solidcom C1 Pro intercom system along with the Hollyland Single HUB Base Station, and while the overall build quality and performance of the system are commendable, I am deeply disappointed by a major flaw that has significantly impacted my experience. The Solidcom C1 Pro boasts impressive features and promises seamless communication in professional settings. However, a glaring issue arises when trying to use the Master headset with the Single HUB Base Station. To my dismay, it turns out that the Master headset is incompatible with the Hub, rendering one of the headsets entirely useless. This incompatibility is not only an inconvenience but also a frustrating surprise, especially considering the premium price point of the Hollyland Solidcom system. The expectation when investing in a high-end communication system is that all components should work seamlessly together. Unfortunately, this is not the case with the Solidcom C1 Pro and Single HUB Base Station. The lack of compatibility between the Master headset and the Hub means users are left with no choice but to spend extra money on replacing the Master headset with a compatible alternative. This unexpected additional expense is not only inconvenient but also undermines the overall value proposition of the Hollyland Solidcom system. While the Solidcom C1 Pro and Single HUB Base Station deliver on the promise of reliable communication within a team, the frustration caused by the incompatibility issue significantly tarnishes the overall user experience. I hope that Hollyland addresses this issue promptly through firmware updates or product revisions to ensure that users can fully benefit from the capabilities of the Solidcom system without encountering such setbacks. Until this problem is resolved, potential buyers should be aware of the limitations and carefully consider their options before investing in this intercom system.
