Excellent Value and Quality

Yellow Cartridge Faulty
My printer had run out of cyan and was only printing in black but at least it was printing. I installed these compatible cartridges and got an "HP cannot guarantee the quality of non genuine parts........" message which is understandable but most importantly it did accept the cartridges. Sadly though the yellow cartridge failed to function. I checked the ink levels on the printer display and all showed as full.Rather than return them I wrote to the seller but just received a standard reply alluding more to the problem of the printer rejecting the cartridges and not to my specific problem.I replaced my genuine cartridges back in the printer but it now says as one or more is empty it will not print. Ah well, I'm clearly too smart for my own good!In summary, these cartridges are a big saving on the price of HP cartridges and they hold double the amount of ink but that means nothing if they don't work. It was worth a try. It didn't work out. They are on their way back.
