I threw out almost all the old spices I had and ordered these. Alomost everything else ESPECIALLY McCormic and Badia has Silica Dioxied in it along with other crap. Avoid anything that says "And Natural Flavors" too. There's a reason why ther'ye not telling you what exactly these natural flavors are. Simply Organic IS simply organic. Litehouse is another good product. If you see your spices clumping in your jar after a while and you have to loosen them... that good! That means there's no chemical anti-clumping agents added, or other garbage to preserve shelflife.

Love love love. I bought this pack 3 years ago with my taxes and the only thing I’ve run out of is garlic powder. It covers all your basic spice needs and is a good starter set to build up from. Would be a great housewarming present

I recently had a friend move out into her first apartment and bought this spice set as part of a house warming gift — she’s absolutely loved it! Such a great variety and amount of each spice. It’s a really great start to anyone’s kitchen. I’m tempted to get another set and go through all my old spices and reset my own kitchen. Everything arrived sealed, well-protected, and well-organized.

I'm sure the spices are great. One of the spices were busted when I opened my box. :(
