The worst!
I live in Southern California where we had not extreme weather. This lasted a lil over a year and is already torn to shreds. Cheap material

PERFECT REPLACEMENT
I was sick off patching my old canopy so I ordered this new canopy. The quality is excellent, much better then the original and it fit the frame perfectly. We have had some very strong winds here in Vemont without any problems.

The original was better.
This one has drain grommets all round the edges (inside the frame) and leaks at the seams even when sprayed with water repellent. The top stretches tight on the frame and the seams spread open due to the force. We'll see how long it lasts.

This Product is GARBAGE.
Total garbage! Waste of money I purchased this product as a spare, so it was time to replace it, Four month later it was ripping from one corner and the rip went all the way up by it self.To bad they don't let me give a minus ⭐'s.

Not a very good replacement. Had ours for under a year. Ripping everywhere. Barely made it through the summer. Even took it down in the fall.
