Duracell Power DRLJS20 Black Universal 12V 1100 Amp Lithium Ion Emergency Jump Starter

The battery in my car had died at the mall, so I found security and they brought over a big box to jump it. Nothing. My battery was so dead the engine didn't even turn over once. And their jump starter didn't help at all. But then the security guard said he had his own personal jump starter in his car so I said ok let's try it. When he came back again the device he had fit in the palm of his hand. I looked at it and thought if the box he had just tried didn't work, this tiny device never would. But I let him hook it up and we waited 40 seconds and then he told me to try starting the engine up again. It started the first try!!! I was speechless! I couldn't believe that tiny device had done what a big battery in a box could not. I asked to see it and he showed me his Duracell DRLJS20. I took a picture and when I got home, got on amazon and ordered it. I was very impressed!! Thanks security guard and Duracell.

My car battery died and had to have it jump started to get it home. While waiting for help, I walked over to a nearby store and bought this charger. It did not have enough juice out of the box to start the car....as I expected. But, since it was too late to get a new battery that night I figured I would need it in the AM. In the morning, battery was dead but charger was full andready to go. Worked like a champ. Started car right up. I just purchased another one on Amazon to send to my parents. Has flashlight, charges phones and come with small bag. Peace of mind!

I bought this hoping for the legendary Duracell quality. What I got was a device that had zero charge out of the box and zero charge after several hours on a wall charger. This product had great promise, but I am guessing QA is no where near what it needs to be.

My car battery had a bad cell which caused it to show as good on tests but still not be able to start the vehicle. I had to use this several times after buying it. It worked perfectly, each time. It's small enough to fit in the glove box but strong enough to jump the battery many times between charges. Being able to charge USB devices is a big plus, even though I haven't used it for that yet.

It works. It has more than two jumps for a Corolla. It would not jump F150, but I think the truck battery was too dead. My truck sits and the battery just drains. Later, it did jump my truck- but with a larger vehicle it’s good for one jump. Smaller cars- three. I still recommend. Still useable

Really like this for charging my iPhone since my car charger doesn’t charge it as fast as I’d like it to. Have not tried to jump my car off with it yet and hope I never have to but driving to and from work which takes 1-1 1/2 hours, I may have to rely on it one day. Great product and even comes with a handy lil carrying bag.

Thieves attempted to steal my 2014 f150. They were nearly successful but in the process broke the shift lever. Since then the truck starts occasionally. Until i can fix it i need to jump it, sometimes twice a day. It was a real hassle to find someone to jump the truck sometimes. Now no worries, an excellent product.

Don't expect Duracell to stand behind this product. It may have their name on it but it's a Battery Biz product. We tried to register our Jumpstart product and it's a disconnect phone number and non-existent URL code. Also, their is a place you can put it in a cigarette lighter to charge it but this piece is broken on our unit.
