A&J Washroom 32 Oz Powder Soap Dispenser, Stainless Steel, Surface Mounted

I'm hopeful this is user error and will figure out how to mount this dispenser. However, at the moment it's not usable since I can't mount it on the wall. The quality is great as far as material i's very sturdy and can't wait to use it... I just hope I get a response from the company. I'm also in research for directions since there wasn't any. [Update] I was able to locate a YouTube video on how to install. Once you know how to pop out the pin to release it's easy.
