This keyboard tray assembles quickly, is a great size, and installs easily. The tray feels sturdy and stable when typing. The tray also glides smoothly when pushing it in after use or pulling it out for use. The two clamps feel very secure which adds to the stability of the tray as well. The overall appearance works well with my office.

I bought this to work from home because my desk is too tall and I needed a lower surface for my keyboard and trackpad for ergonomics. I have chronic neck pain that causes tingling in my hands, so ergonomics are of utmost importance to me - I needed a surface that would be low enough for my elbows to be at their natural height, and I’m a very short person, so not every keyboard tray would do. Overall, this worked out really well for a quick solution, but I’m going to invest in a more stable one in the future.Pros:Won’t budge from the desk - secure gripAdjustable height - lowest setting is perfect for meCurved edge allows wrists to float and not have pressure - there is a small lip about 1/8 inch and I thought this would bother me, but it’s perfect for a palm restShort length - good size for a small person without a ten key pad.Cons:Tray is uneven - this is because of its general structure, attached to two moving parts, and not secured otherwise. This is why I have a paper towel under my keyboard because without it the keyboard wobbles.Shifts back and forth when you push it in - you have to use both hands and even pressure, but not a huge deal, just annoyingSticks out from my desk, but this is a personal issue because the lip on my desk is so short. It’s not pushed in fully to the desk edges, so make sure you don’t have a drawer like me.Because it’s secured at the one end when you push it in, the tray isn’t level. If you have heavy technology, you might not like this factor.Overall, it works great for someone who can’t screw something into their desk, and it’s fairly stable - worth the price. It won’t fall off once you get it secured, and it is a little wobbly and not top of the line, but you get what you pay for. For the adjustable height and shorter length, this worked out great compared to other options, and I’m glad I got it.

This is an inexpensive addition to clip onto your existing desk provided you have the right desk dimensions. The clamps need about 1.5" depth into the desk for a secure clasp. The desk clasping section should be no more than 2" thick.Assembly is very easy and my version came with a small screwdriver to make it even easier.The best feature imo is that this may be the only keyboard base that has three height settings. Obviously, if you have a standing desk, you only need to raise the desk for proper height. But what this might solve is those among us who tend to lift our fingers high when typing. I chose the lowest setting for that purpose and it works well. I can type with the tray under the desk even, and while I cannot see my fingers, I know that they will not hit the underside of the desk.The only downside is that this is a wobbly add-on. You want to pull the tray from the center, not from the sides. The sliding mechanism is fairly small so it can easily get stuck at an angle if you do not pull the tray out from the center. Not a big issue if you're gentle with it.highly recommend.

Working from home, I have my dining table set with two laptops, a Bluetooth keyboard, a Bluetooth mouse, and a 27" monitor on my dining table. It works out fine except the height of the dining table is too high for the keyboard and mouse and stresses my back. This was the right item at the right price. Assembly instructions are on the back of the box it ships in. It took about 5 minutes to assemble and even came with its own screwdriver as well as two extra screws. The height adjustment allowed the keyboard to slide under the table and out of the way. It's large enough to hold both an extended keyboard and my mouse. Best of all, my back isn't stressing any longer. The keyboard tray has a bit of wiggle as it moves in and out under the table due to the clap-on design but it holds in place once fully extended. This was exactly what I was looking for. It suits my needs perfectly!

This really should have been 5 stars. The tray itself was perfect. And it was large enough that it could easily support both my keyboard and mouse. It seems very sturdy, the rollers that allow the tray to go in and our worked seamlessly and It was easy to put together! I really thought it was going to be perfect for me. But it didn’t work for my desk! My desk is slim and L shaped and running along the front of it, about 1 1/2 inches back from the edge is a 3/4 inch square metal support bar. That bar is just far enough forward that it doesn’t allow the round piece that screws up from the bottom to lay flat So the tray is unable to attach itself all the way back to allow it to be secure. So I can’t use it and need to return it. I’m not happy about it and when I called to see if that had some attachment or after market thing that could make it work, or a pull out tray with a different design I was told they don’t have many choices and nothing would work. So that it why it is only 3 stars instead of 5. They need to know that not every person works in an office with a big executive desk. This is 2013 and after Covid a lot of us work from home and due to workspace size we need to make different choices about our desk and other things. So they also need to up date the designs to keep up with the times,

Llego en buen estado y en buen tiempo. Fácil de instalar y con instrucciones simples. Tiene buen tamaño, pero si eres de los que les gusta mover el teclado dependiendo del uso (oficina, juegos, etc) te puede resultar algo pequeño y recomiendo lo uses con un teclado que no sea de tamaño completo. Esta charola te da un espacio de 68.5x26.5 cm de área útil en el que puedes poner tu teclado y ratón. Leí muchas reseñas de este modelo quejándose de que los tornillos se aflojan después de unos meses de uso, pero hasta ahora para mi no a sido el caso. Si eres de los que teclean duro no creo te guste, ya que no es lo mismo que teclear sobre un escritorio solido. Si necesitas una charola más solida y firme recomiendo los modelos que se atornillan debajo del escritorio y hechos de madera, aunque ni esos te darán la misma sensación de solidez que un buen escritorio.Estas charolas son bastante útiles para mejorar la ergonomía de tu espacio de trabajo. No son perfectas ya que no proporcionan una superficie tan firme como un escritorio propio y te limitan bastante en cuanto a posicionamiento, pero las recomiendo si tienes un escritorio alto. Son una mejor solución comparado con sillas altas, cojines y reposa pies, las cuales pueden llegar a ser incomodas si pasas mucho tiempo en la PC e inclusive dañinas para tu postura y salud. Claro, la solución ideal es comprarte un escritorio adecuado a ti, pero no siempre es una opción.

this is a nice keyboard tray, easy to install and matches my white compact standing desk. Feels a little flimsy and the coaster is not so smooth when sliding but it is holding up well

I found his easy to fit and is certainly strong and not like others I have sent for. Works well and will fit any sized keyboard. Measure the size of your desk first!

Stavo cercando proprio una soluzione per un angolo pc molto piccolo e sul cui ripiano ho montato un volante da gaming. La versione piccola di questa mensola mi ha consentito di farlo e do avere spazio sufficiente per una tastiera da gaming formato 60% e per manovrare il mouse.La sua regolazione in altezza (ho usato quella media) consente al vassoio di scorrere anche in presenza dei fermi per il volante. Montata in pochi minuti si rivela stabile e sufficientemente robusta. La soluzione con i morsetti è molto pratica e funzionale, ma non è esattamente elegante, cosa che a me interessava pèoco. Di più mi sarebbe piaciuto che anche la piccola fosse offerta in colorazione nera... ma va bene così.Se vi serve aggiungere in spazi limitati un vassoio di questo tipo lo consiglio vivamente.Sconsigliato solo per i gamer più giovani e scalmanati che potrebbero mettere a dura prova la tenuta delle guide scorrevoli. Ma in tal caso probabilmente si romperà prima la tastiera.
